Upon completing his Ph.D., he met his wife in Alexandria, and it was here that his wife got to know his other side, the same qualities he possessed, but now augmented with the term "cultured" due to his doctoral achievement. He became a cultured, elegant man, with refined taste, manners, and sophistication to the utmost degree. This cultured persona would remain with Karim for a long time and significantly influence his interactions with people in the future.

After getting married, his wife accompanied him to America to settle there with his family, with the primary goal of establishing a life there and never returning to Egypt. What made Karim's journey to America quite extraordinary was that he obtained American citizenship and resided there for a full five years. During this period, God blessed them with their son Zain, who completely transformed his life. Zain became the center of Karim's world, but differences began to emerge between him and his wife, all due to traits of Karim that his wife started perceiving negatively, such as being excessively skeptical, having numerous issues, and always striving to feel exceptional. He frequently appears in these videos, teaching his son proper English and certain psychological behaviors for children. It's evident that Kareem's aim with these videos is to portray himself as an ideal father, doing everything for his son, specifically for Zain's father.

This confirms Kareem's second personality, which exudes a highly cultured description. Kareem Salim's name has become widely recognized on TikTok during this period due to his free English learning videos, captivating many with his demeanor, appearance, and eloquent speaking style.

It's strange that Kareem had told his son Zain that his mother had passed away after divorcing her immediately, so he never once informed his son that she was still alive. It's evident that the betrayal Kareem experienced, according to him, led him to file a lawsuit for adultery against his wife.

This betrayal made Kareem harbor a constant sense of revenge towards any woman who might engage in betrayal, prostitution, or simply agree to go to an apartment with someone she just met due to his appearance, social status, and displayed wealth.

Strangulation is carried out using either a rope or an iron chain found in Karim's room. Subsequently, he proceeds with the sexual assault of the deceased victim. Quietly, he disposes of the body on a desert road.

The body would be completely disfigured, with no means of identification. Afterward, he would return to his normal life, recording new videos to share on TikTok. What's peculiar is that his son was living with him in the same apartment.How did he not hear anything during that time? Specifically, there were girls.

Later, he mentioned that they used to stay with him for up to 18 days. The neighbors had many observations about Karim, firstly that many girls would come to the house and then disappear, never to be seen again.

Additionally, they sometimes heard screams, but the sound would quickly vanish. Karim continued in this situation since 2011, and he was very clever in disposing of the bodies and choosing the victims. The disposal places were in strange, remote desert locations.

In addition to choosing women or girls from different residential areas and different ages, Karim would select these individuals, being certain that it would be difficult for anyone to inquire about them quickly. And now, we come to the most crucial stage: how did the security forces cleverly manage to locate and apprehend Karim.

Initially, the security authorities received a report from a group of individuals who discovered the body of a young girl with completely unrecognizable features, found abandoned on the desert road leading to Port Said. Upon arrival at the scene, the security personnel examined the body and then transferred it to the forensic department for DNA testing to establish her identity.

Subsequently, two more bodies matching the same description were found: severely disfigured with evident signs of torture, and no means of identification, their features completely obscured. These bodies were also sent to the forensic department.

This is where the role of forensic medicine comes into play. The forensic report revealed that all three bodies had neck fractures and had been strangled, either with a rope or an iron chain, along with clear indications of torture and numerous mutilation marks on their faces.

Furthermore, it was determined that the three victims had been sexually assaulted, administered large doses of drugs, primarily ice. The imprints of severe beating were also evident on their bodies. The authorities concluded that the same individual was responsible for these three cases, despite the significant distance between the locations where the bodies were discovered.

When the security personnel identified the bodies, they discovered that their families had reported them missing. Upon examining the reports and the bodies, they found that one of the victims was from the city of Egypt, another from Al-Zawya Al-Hamra, and the third from Abu Al-Nomros, with ages ranging from 19 to 37 years.

This raised questions about the connection between these three individuals. The security team contacted the families of the victims and spoke with the father of one of the girls. He informed them that his daughter had been with a person named Karim, taking an English language course with him. According to him, Karim was the last person to see her.

When the father inquired about her absence, Karim claimed that the girl had indeed visited him but then left, and he had no knowledge of her whereabouts.

Simultaneously, while examining the surveillance footage, the security team noticed a luxury car near the locations where the bodies were found. It became evident that this car was linked to the case.

Upon investigating the car, they discovered that it belonged to Professor Karim. Subsequently, a thorough investigation was launched, revealing that Karim held American citizenship. He was apprehended and initially attempted to deny everything, citing his American citizenship as immunity.
