Pooler PD Exposed Part Three - The Patrol Division

In December 2018, I was driving home from attempting to pay a speeding ticket. I was driving the speed limit and had not even committed a traffic violation by the officers own admisssion- Bloomingdale PD simply would not take my debit card and told me to go pay it online, which I was headed home to do. Then the flashing blue lights. I was pulled over and was told my license was suspended, my driver's license photo was plastered across the officer's console. I had never been arrested. Never been in handcuffs with the exception of training. The Officer took my license (which he kept and the department has never returned), drove me to the Pooler PD , booked me, took my finger prints, and despite Ga state law drove me back to my apartment complex, telling me to have someone pick my car up from the Olive Garden parking lot. When he came to court, he left the courtroom just before the case was called. Little did I know this was the beginning of an ongoing pattern of harassment that continues today.

Fast forward to April 2019. Having been the victim of domestic violence by a Pooler PD officer I had briefly dated I was taking my animals Jacob and Ella out of Chatham County and going to adopted family and friends for help sorting out what to do because my former probationer's mother Lanna Henze had told me to go live in the Love's gas station and to this day is withholding all of the things other than what was in my car despite me trying to get her to tell me what she did with thousands of dollars in electronics, crafting supplies, furniture, make up, shoes. books and everything including food like my Graze packets, Keirug, documents on my jewelry, a HP Computer, my deceased step-fathers bookcase and office supplies-including a pink $80 husband pillow, my printer, highlighters, college textbooks and jewelry including my Eeyore watch and deceased grandmother's pearls and LG TV I bought at Best Buy and the glass TV stand I bought there as well. I went to go get coffee before I set out at Starbucks..the worst choice I have ever made. When I turned off the car to go get coffee, the car battery would not start. Enter the Pooler PD and their lackluster response that even Chief Ashley Brown , Lt. Randi Linder, Capt Bogden have for almost two years ignored, refused to investigate, refused to return a phone call and allowed their officers to roam the streets with badges as they blantently violate the law, while are protecting the tow truck driver who sexually assaulted me in November 2018 ( Just like the Brookehaven PD - including their police chief, even the Mayor of Brookehaven , and their City Attorney have refused to say or do anything.

Officer Carrizosa- when I had stopped to rest left me in my car with my animals. I would later see him at the IHOP and he did nothing to help.

Assistant Watch Commander Diamond Newton and R. Montogomory who would call Chatham Animal Services and told me I was giving up Jacob and Ella at the back of my stranded car, never even asking what could be or was wrong with the car- it was merely a dead car battery that needed a jumpstart. In fact, the Pooler PD let me and my animals in the car for weeks, driving by even in the middle of the night, watching me suffer through sometimes 10 days without food, living only on water. R. Montogomory asked me "How long do think you can live live without food or water?" My response "I don't know I have degree in psychology not medicine. I asked him to call my former boyfriend Dalton Police Officer Steve Collins. He said he did but would never let me speak to him. I know I called him from a local resturant that was kind enough to let me make a long distance call and leave a message- not that he ever called back. I even called when the first stages of malnuiturian set in and and I developed acute pacreatitis from the starvation the Pooler PD had allowed.

Their solution to ban me from a business I would go into to buy something cold to drink, give me something to eat from IHOP, put me back in the car , and let me go another 7 days living only on water with sugar in it, and then refuse any assistance in making a phone call. Only to repeat the actions in between the harassment. In fact, rather than help me make a phone call or jumpstart my car, Diamond Newton would say things to me like "Your animals can be rehomed" while calling EMS to come get me because the heat had caused edema that lead to a gall bladder surgery (R. Mongomery was also present there at the Parker's conveinnce store).

On another occasion, while walking to the Publix, outside of Wild Wings-Diamond Newton and K. Johnson stopped me. I asked them for help in contacting a former friend Anthony Waller who had been a friend since 2012, only to be told "I have people in Athens, I will send him an email, you will be in your car right?" Later, when I went into the Publix to get a cold drink and use the restroom, Diamond Newton came knocking on the stall door and told me I was not being banned but I had to leave immediately, which I did without arguement or understanding, because I hadn't had a chance to make a purchase. She and Montogmery had previously forced me to give up my two cats, bought me two BLT's and a Turkey sandwich and left in the car just before Mother's Day 2019.

Enter Sgt Christopher Dotson and Ofr Stevens (former USMC) , I walked into a the Court Yard hotel to use the bathroom and was told "Honey you can't come in here without shoes. I couldn't wear the shoes I had because of the starvation and edema setting in. I simply said "okay" and left. A few minutes Ofr Stevens responded to an known call and banned me from the hotel. Sgt. Christopher Dotson responded and began questioning me for no reason out in the hot summer heat. Ofr Stevens left Sgt Dotson (who was talking about going to a taser class) went to Wal-mart bought me a pair of sparkly gold tennis shoes, went to IHOP bought me a cheeseburger, gave me warm bottles of Aquafina water and drove me the short distance to my car and left me in it.

The fact Christopher Dotson was recognized for anything, much less supervisor of the Year, or for helping a homeless mother is the Joke of the Century. His Police Chief, his colleueges every law enforcement officer in the country should be ashamed of him , including his wife. As they should be all of them.

Ofr Lori McCampbell Officer McCampbell on several occasions did things that would make any police officer no longer have a job. Outside the Mellow Mushroom she and another Pooler PD (white male) were abusive and told me I needed to go to the United Way. She and Ofr. Tanja Kissimons told me all of my property could be taken from me with a search warrant without me being given a copy of it or even notified outside a Dunkin Donuts in Pooler.

Along with Ofr. Christopher Muddleman (who ran my name and Date of Birth and printed out a paper copy of my driver's license which lacked a photo - Kissimmons and McCampbell and drove away leaving me outside a Shane's Rib Shack in Pooler.

Ofr Patrick Dorherty - Ofr Doughety is one of the worst. He drove up behind my vechicule at 0030 and spoke to me telling me that he would speak to the secretary about finding me some help and left me in the car..for weeks.

The second time I saw him I had gone into the Pooler IHOP bought a cup of coffee and gone outside to smoke a cigarette. He pulled up with Sgt. Dotson and told me I was being arrested for Criminal Tresspass because I had been banned from the property and I had never been told anything about not being allowed to be there. Lt. Kevin Woods had driven up in a Pooler PD truck and then left the scene. OFr. Dougherty then told me "If you do not leave the State of Georgia I am going to arrest you. Went and got a Criminal Tresspass form and put me in handcuffs with no Miranda Rights. He got in the SUV, used Germx hand sanitizer and called and left a message for his then girlfriend. When we arrived at the Chatham County jail (the only time I had ever been there except to visit my juvenile Probationer's parents, I was degraded with a strip search. I had never ever had this done to me. I was denied medical care and food. After a second strip search I was met with D. R. King the classification specialist who told me "If what you are sayig is true ypu should be in protective custody." I was never even allowed a phone call. that was 7/3/19. The day before they had taken my car, without even giving me a chance to get anything I needed out where the car had been for months in the heat

He stopped me as I was walking down Pooler Parkway and told me to look for a white van at a nearby business and that I could be hired to clean offices.

Officer Juan Gonzalez- He told me I would have to walk all the way across Pooler if I wanted any help, he called the Fire Department by Firefighter Kelly Miller wouldn't even give me a band aid, near physical exhaustion and dehydrated and starving I was feeling ill, and sat down on a bench outside of Buffalo Wild Wings. No one had any concerns that I was going to hurt anyone but months of living on water alone had taken it's toll. You think maybe calling an ambulance would have been a good idea- not this former Marine. He left a woman in the Georgia Heat to die, just like my father did.

Ofr Fereguson While I was sitting in the Starbucks on 07/11/19, and someone had given me the money to go get something cold to drink and get out of the July sun in my car, in came Rebecca Fereguson and her male partner. Out of no where and without any reason why, while CSX police officer Anna, I had met looked on while buying a Starbucks, I was banned from the Starbucks, told my car was going to be taken, told I had 10 minutes to get something out of it, they left and the car was taken, while I was forced to be in the July heat, with no where to go, no one to call and no way to do it. With no food, or anything to drink, they just drove off and left me in the hot sun.

Ofr Charles Davis arrested me for Criminal Tresspass gave me a citation for walking to go buy a soda. Ofr Gonzalez was his backup as I sat waiting for EMS to respond. Enter Ofr Rebecca Fereguson, asking me questions about where I was born, my parents names. Then again he approved his own report...was so belligerent that alone should have had him kicked off the force, not to mention no allowing me to even sit in air conditioned SUV he was in.

Ofr Samanigo Another failure at the how to treat someone- banned me from the Lovin Spoons because I was outside of it sitting on a bench,

Ofr Lutz Told me I could rebuy my life which I haven't been able to do two years later, and left me in the street , he had banned me from Publix and then driven me back to my car, told me to shop at Kroger, gave me two cold bottles of water and dumped me off in my car.

Ofr Carelock - Since Lt Kevin Woods thinks that wearing his nameplate as he and James Redd for the upteenth time had accosted me without reason.. and telling me on 08/27/19 "You were a probation officer, you should have known we were going to destroy the car, " and saying "oh I'm Carelock now huh". They really aren't much different as Carelock and Huff stopped me outside the Pooler Publix one morning while I was waiting for it to open and for no reason started rambling on about something stupid that had no bearing on anything, and trying to intimidate me into having some reason to arrest me.

Ofr Huff and Ofr Carelock- While waiting for Publix to open they approached me and started badgering me for no reason, in sight of others, with no reason, when I asked if I was under arrest, they told me no and continued to berate me.

Ofr Stevens and Carson - Officer Stevens banned me from the CourtYard Hotel when I went in to use the bathroom with Sgt Christopher Dotson, drove me the short distance to my car, and left me there in the heat in the Starbucks parking lot- a former Marine at that, he would tell me with Officer Carson by the Starbucks that if I wanted to make a phone call I had to go to the Starbucks, stop me on the Street with Officer Carson and Sgt Dotson and demand I tell them where I was going, no offer of help just demanded I tell them where I was going, he and Officer Carson left me in the rain in the middle of the night at the Walmart in Pooler, and later would go tell me to go live in the Walmart parking lot- after my car had been taken.

Ofr K. Johnson - i asked him to let me call my then friend Anthony Waller when he and Diamond Newton stopped me outside of the Wild Wings Parking lot. he refused to let me use the phone but said he would send him an email and to go back to my car,

Ofr Campos Arrested me for being stranded outside of the Pooler PD, with Lori McCampbell, Christopher Dotson, Lt Woods and several others rather just help me ma ke a phone call and get me to a shelter- former US Marine.

Ofr Lester - Would not even let me sit on the ground with edema, dehydration, starving while they decided if I was going to be arrested for being on Pooler Parkway when I was walking tot eh Parker's and in front of it. Of course they didn't call medical, they never did.

Evidence Officer - At the Pooler PD he told me that if they ever saw my property again they would hold it until a judge released it .. there was no case under investigation for them to have taken anything, and they already had taken my car.

Two years later not one police officer in Georgia will investigate anything that has happened to me. They won't arrest one person and my life is still destroyed. Having to live with the knowledge that every person I ever knew in my entire life, every reporter who will take up the cause of every person merely slightly wronged is willing to cover up a Federal RICO case rather than interview me when I have had to live with not only the things that were done to me by them, but without anything from my life for the last two years while being called everything from a prostitute to mentally ill, where no one thinks that it is wrong I have been deprived of my entire life because I stood up for myself and sadly the people who have done nothing, where people think I deserve to have carry the burden of proof, where if Lt. Randi Linder had ever even spoken to me none of the things that happened to me since would be happening and I would be trying to get someone anyone to help..and still can't. I have literally had my entire life destroyed for one reason, I told the truth and no one listened or cares. For two years, I have wished every day I could have my car, my animals, my career, my life back. That people I have reached out to for help would simply speak to me. No one has. No one will return a phone message, a text, or email. No one has cared about the what anyone did wrong but me, and I didn't. I have only told the the truth and been ignored by everyone and everybody. That is far more damaging than the things that were done to me, not by my choice and covered up by every law enforcement officer in Ga including the FBI.

For Officers so concerned about the wellbeing of someone not once did they do anything that would have have helped like jumpstart a car battery. I had only been arrested for driving on a suspended license coming back from Bloomingdale to pay the ticket and they would not even take my debit card. I had missed court because I had a migraine and was having a as panic attack, it was just a month after I had been raped. They were common then, as were the nightmares..which have continued on a regular basis because no one from law enforcement to the press thinks what these officers have done is wrong enough to publish, that they keep doing. I hsad never been in a mental health hospital I had been victimized and had my firearm taken illegally with no mental health exam, was raped and unable to defend myself. Not much different than two years later living with the nightmares that police officers abuse women and animals and don't help them instead they keep these officers on the street, and have no concern that they the Pooler PD destroyed my life and my ability for two years to notify the Georgia Supreme Court about the actions of Chatham County law enforcement in taking all my copies of of the litigation.

And in case anyone is wondering their Chief Ashley Brown has been silent and one of their police officer Lori Mc Campbell who should be in jail for violating police procedures including dumping me in Effingham County under threat of arrest just threatened me.
