Grace’s Turbulent Journey

In her early thirties, Grace faced life’s trials with unwavering determination .Her challenging upbringing had denied her higher education, but her resilience had led her to establish a modest business, providing for her needs. Although not wealthy, she found comfort in her self-sufficiency, choosing to focus on her business and personal life after a series of failed relationships left her disillusioned with romance.But fate had a surprise in store.Along her path,she encountered Frank, a tall and handsome neighbor who stood out in the crowd. Their friendship grew into something resembling a relationship as they spent more time together, sharing activities that resembled those of couples. The situation escalated until Grace decided to invade Frank's privacy, Grace was inundated with countless text messages from her partner's previous flame professing her undying love for him and reminiscing about their clandestine rendezvous, which he conveniently omitted to mention. Grace grew anxious as she questioned his inability to inform his ex to move on. She yearned for him to come clean about his impending fatherhood with his current girlfriend; however, lies continued pouring out of his mouth when confronted. Resignedly, she turned her focus towards her health, letting things slide due to the unborn child. It dawned on her that Frank wasn't the person she desired - a deceptive individual, harboring numerous secrets. Trust became an uphill battle for Grace.

In due course, the baby arrived [a beautiful little boy ] and Frank stepped up as a caring dad, tending to diaper changes and bath time rituals. He stood by watching proudly as their son took those memorable first steps. Soon after this milestone, Grace and Frank tied the knot; however, their happiness was short-lived when work compelled Frank to travel overseas leaving Grace and their young son behind. The difficult journey undertaken by Frank had a profound impact on Grace’s life. She lost her business and became financially reliant on Frank’s support.However, he transformed entirely, keeping secrets and viewing her display of affection as childish.she found herself engulfed by loneliness and solely responsible for their son’s emotional need. She doesn’t even know when frank will return home,while their son is 2years and 6month old; he can only see his father via video calls, bereft of real fatherly love, yet she was unsure if he would be coming back, even if it were for their son.But one though that kept her moving forward was the presence of her beloved son.
