Scouting: Ibrahim Sangare
Ibrahim Sangare is a 22 year old defensive midfielder playing for bottom of Ligue 1 side Toulouse. What with the french president Edouard Phillipe coming out and announcing an end to the league season in France due to the coronavirus outbreak, the standings currently mean that Toulouse are to be relegated to Ligue 2 for the following season. Having been given his first minutes in the 2016/17 season for the southern french side, he has been a mainstay in their side since the 2017/18 season. Ibrahim has managed over 2,000 league minutes this season, he has featured the 2nd most in Toulouse's side.
Potential PuntsPublished 4 years ago in CleatsScouting: Joe Rodon
Swansea probably had high hopes going into the 2019/20 season, dreams of promotion back in to the Premier League. Instead, as coronavirus brought a close to football, they sit occupying 11th place but only 3 points away from a play-off spot in the Championship. One shining light has been 22 year old centre back Joe Rodon.
Potential PuntsPublished 4 years ago in CleatsScouting: Jordan Torunarigha
Jordan Torunarigha may only be aged 22, but made his debut for the Berlin outfit in the 2016/17 season, playing a grand total of 482 minutes of football. 4 seasons later, the German is still not a mainstay in their defence. Still not being given the minutes he deserves, why isn't he starting, why does he deserve to, and where can he go to get those precious minutes?
Potential PuntsPublished 4 years ago in CleatsScouting: Marcus Thuram
Borussia Monchengladbach's purchase of forward Marcus Thuram from a relegated Guingamp side for a poultry £8m in the summer of 2019 went completely under the radar. Son of world-famous Lilian Thuram, Marcus is only aged 22 and yet born in Parma, Italy, he represents France, as his father did before him. Let's analyse his numbers and see why he has been so effective for Die Fohlen this season, leaving them 4th before coronavirus put a hold on all things football.
Potential PuntsPublished 4 years ago in CleatsScouting: Matty Cash
Ahead of the 2019/2020 season, Matty Cash was considered a left-winger/central midfielder for the Nottingham outfit, before injuries to Carl Jenkinson and Tendayi Darikwa left the academy graduate starting in the right back position for Sabri Lamouchi. Rather than let the position change affect his performance negatively, he has taken his game to the next level.
Potential PuntsPublished 4 years ago in CleatsScouting: Eduardo Camavinga
At 17 years of age, Camavinga has nearly a season and a half of professional football under his belt, a substantially larger amount than players in that age bracket. He currently plies his trade with Rennes in Ligue 1 and has been dominating their midfield since his debut in the 2018/19 season. Having put in displays beyond his years against the likes of PSG, Marseille and Lyon, I'm now going to analyse the teenager and which club may be best suited for the youngster in order for him to really progress to the next level.

Close on the heels of a US judge dismissing the U.S. Women's Soccer Team's Equal Pay Claim, I wanted to take look at why the Australian Women's Soccer Team a.k.a The Matildas, were able to win their Equal Pay Claim not so long ago.

The language of Sunday League Football
Sunday League Football. Where fitness levels are, at best, questionable. Where hangovers are a given. Where playing surfaces are atrocious. Where a half time fag is acceptable. Where the lad who once had trials with United is marked out of the game by a 43 year old plasterer from Wigan. Proper football. And we love it.
TREKuartista95Published 4 years ago in CleatsThe greatest of all time
probably the best player in the world today. He is one of the finest and most exciting footballing talents in the world. He had this never ending comparison with the former Manchester United Winger Cristiano Ronaldo but he kind of shrugged off it by helping his team defeat Manchester United convincingly in the UEFA Champions League finals at Rome 2009.
Blaze BetaPublished 4 years ago in CleatsUSMNT: The Way Forward
Where to start? As I’m sure my readers know I have ranted and raved for years about the quality (and sometimes lack there of) of the United States National Soccer team. The far more glaring issue and the baseline of our woes is the lack of international caliber depth at our disposal. But that is only the tip of the iceberg of our present national teams ineffectiveness issues when competing against top ranked teams. The real issue has been replacing the old guard of the 2010 World Cup.

Coronavirus has changed the way we live, probably for ever. There is hardly an aspect of life which was not affected by the outbreak of Covid-19.
