In this story, I want to share my personal experience for removing loose skin naturally by leveraging autophagy initiating techniques. I am a sensible biokacker. This means that I conduct only natural, legal, and research proven techniques on myself.
Winter is a relief for us beyond the heat! The arrival of winter is very different for us than other seasons of the year. In winter, everything looks soft, beautiful and vibrant, but its effect on the skin is not always beautiful. With the arrival of winter, our skin also starts to show various problems, big and small. Isn't it? Many of us are a little hesitant to announce the arrival of winter. What is the reason for this? This is mainly due to the humidity and roughness of the weather in winter.
We’ve seen the biggest transition from makeup to skincare this year, something which was likely never anticipated. Tanning products like tanning lotion include active ingredients like hyaluronic acid to keep us hydrated and glowing. After all, YouTube influencers are booming, with makeup tutorials and reviews. Yet, skincare appears to take centre stage in terms of what is popular right now, with makeup sales taking a hit this year.
What are we waiting for? I've seen mind boggling characteristic magnificence in ladies from various societies and various nationalities around the globe, regardless of whether it's solid and gleaming hair, a reasonable and graceful composition or delicate and perfectly tanned skin.
Sensitive Skin on a Budget I'm convinced that I'm the only person on the planet who has this ridiculous skin. Obviously, that's impossible, but it feels that way.
Try this morning Skin Care Routine and get fresh and glowing skin. Does your skin also remain dry and taut as soon as you wake up in the morning? If yes, your skin needs extra care, that too for morning skin care.
It's only November. Trust me, I know. But with the way 2020 is going, I think we're all ready for a fresh start. A new year is the absolute perfect time to reflect, learn, and change old habits.
Welcome to my 1st post! I wanted to introduce myself, and give everyone the back story to my journey to becoming an Esthetician & what this page will include. This is Part 1 of 2, maybe 3 🙂
I started experimenting and using beauty products in 2007 when I was a preteen and to be honest never really thought much about a “skin care regime” for the majority of the years since.
Daily Skincare Routine In the morning I like to start off with Nivea Daily Essentials Gentle Exfoliating Scrub. This is a good exfoliating scrub that contains vitamin E and it leaves my skin feeling soft, clean and hydrated. It’s a very gentle scrub and it is not too harsh on the skin. I then like to apply Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Blemish Stick. This helps my skin to absorb excess oil and to help prevent future blemishes. I then like to apply a moisturiser called La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ Unifiant Moisturiser. This is a very lightweight moisturiser and acts as a good primer before applying make-up.
I'll admit that I'm quite fussy when it comes to what I put on my skin. I probably pay more attention to the ingredients in my skincare than I do to the ingredients in my food, which is kind of alarming now that I think about it. However, it does explain why it takes me ages to decide whether I'll take the plunge and buy a new skincare product. I don't like silicones and I can't stand strongly scented products, so already my options are somewhat limited since skincare brands in general seem to have a love affair with adding parfum to anything and everything they can think of - but I digress.
When it comes to skincare knowledge I haven't really got the best understanding of the various ingredients and products that are available. However, as I said in my last skincare post, Skincare Faves, my job does allow me to try out all sorts of different products (depending on when I'm in the office again). It has also helped me gain at least a little knowledge of how skincare products work by listening to my wonderful colleagues.
