Well, today started good and was busy for the longest time. Finally, when arriving at work started getting busy with the things to do this morning. Well, the other grill op was late for work for the first time today. We ended up doing around 1400 dollars this morning. Lots of customers go shopping trying to find those deals. Of course, they also have to stop in to eat with us every day. Many of the customers we have come into our establishment are regular customers we see seven days a week. Sometimes you will have customers that want only you to cook their food because you know how they like it. It is always satisfying to know; that you're cooking is what they come back for every day. You have to take care of your customers to keep that clientele up and going throughout the year. Today was not that bad although, the truck that was supposed to come yesterday came today right at the time; we started getting busy. Go figure! Finally, she got everything done and was ready to head home for the evening. It is the time of year and is the busiest time for the place she works with all the travelers coming through our town for the holidays.

December 9, 2021 Well, today started good and was busy for the longest time. When Amelia finally arrived at work and started getting busy with the things to do this morning. Sham meeting Junior
Sham, a Newfoundland Labrador mix became our puppy in 2010; my husband wanted to talk to me about this puppy. The landlord at the time got it for his son to play with but quickly realized that Sham was too hyper for a little; toddler. Well, as I walked out into the backyard, all it took was one look, and that was it. Sham ran into the house and claimed us for his family. We have had a few close calls when it comes; to certain aspects of taking on a 10-month-old puppy while homeschooling the children. They were young then but, we managed to make it through.

Dear Reader's It appears that she has stumbled on not sticking to her writing schedule as she wished. However, things always seem to get in the way when it comes to doing things you want to do. Life gets in the way, and sometimes you cannot meet all the goals that you set out to do. You try to complete everything you have to do in a day, and it never works out that way. The holidays are the busiest time for managers across the world. Management has to cover shifts because people call out all the time sometimes; for the craziest reasons.

November 8, 2021 Well, today, we started like any other day. She woke up to a couple of messages of people calling in sick. She had a total of three call-outs this morning. It is insane how people call out for anything these days. She spent the morning trying to find people to come in and work. So the day went okay it was her and another girl and one grill operator. We did 1200 dollars today, and we ran our feet off! The customers were understanding and patient with us.

Well, it was a busy day today. Of course, with the time changing, we always wake up way before the alarms go off! It is useless for the time change. Come on, keep it on one and leave it alone because it messes people up! Anyway, as usual, on Sundays, it started slowly and progressively got busier. We did $2853 today, and it went rather well; with the crew, she had with her this morning. When you stop and think about the number of sales that you do throughout a seven-hour shift. Although, it does make the day go by faster when you are busy with work.

November 3, 2021 Well, as you know, it is the usual routine of waking up, getting ready for work, coffee, and driving to work. The day started good and slow we were able to get some things accomplished today. She had a new cook start today and has worked for the company before about two months ago. He did rather well, but we were not busy, in the least. Sometimes, it can feel that way when you have a brand new cook on the grill with you. It went smoothly, and then the truck showed up with the weekly task of preparing for the upcoming week. The Blue Angels are having their homecoming show this weekend on Pensacola, Beach. She is preparing for the sales, and thank goodness she is off the next two days. She can rest up for the upcoming busy weekend. The Blue Angels fly over the store when they practice their tricks in the air. Every day you may get to see them fly right by the store in a circle; it's great to watch them.

November 2, 2021 Well, she woke up this morning and did the usual routine everyone has routines in the morning. Coffee, shower if you hadn't done it the night before, and find your work clothes. Many people have them lying out ready to go, and for the most part, she does. She makes it to work after dropping the youngest boy off at work. It is on the way because it is close to the house so; it is no problem. She arrives at work and starts getting things ready for the upcoming shift! She waits for employees for the upcoming day. We start slow in the morning for the first couple of hours. Then we start picking up the business little by little, and then you find yourself cooking 1200 dollars.

The Holiday's 2012
During the holiday season, spending time with family; friends is something everyone does everywhere. Holidays are a time of sharing those special moments with people you love. The dinner was with everyone, enjoyed the good; food made by everyone who came. The dinner had a beautiful Ham, green beans, baked beans, macaroni salad, potato salad, mashed potatoes, and deviled eggs. Of course, there are enough leftovers for dinner tonight and possibly the next night.

Thoughts on July 19, 2021
Well, today was a busy day, to say the least; We had a new girl that just started, along with another girl who has not been there that long, doing pretty good. However, they need more work in areas of the restaurant business. It is so hard in this day and time that you cannot tell anyone anything for fear that it will make them mad and quit. The struggles are real; when it comes to finding people who want to work. Show off their skills and traits to the public. Sometimes you come across a few here and there who want to do the job and do it to the best of their ability or the highest standards. However, most of what we end up with are the ones that do not want to do all the work and think they know everything about the world. There are times that you have to bite your tongue for fear of saying something wrong; then there goes your reputation and career all in one swoop. These days people can be so rude people act the way they do in the workplace. It scares her so much because of the way the world is going! With the killings, robberies, and riots everywhere in the world! Not everyone understands the crime and chaos happening.

Random Thoughts 10/9/2021
You never know what you're going to see as your sitting outside no, matter what you are doing. There's always something to see doesn't matter if it's the people that walk by or drive by. People are mysterious in so many ways it's hard to understand what people are thinking throughout the day. It's not that you would want to know what everyone is thinking about because you might not like what you hear. Sometimes she sits around and thinks about my mom. But then she knows she's in a better place because she's not hurting. Dealing; with cancer is a hard thing to do; when you have to leave all your family behind. This year it's going to be horrible. These people want $15 an hour to flip burgers at McDonald's or Burger King.
