Stock Trading – Entry 8
How have your stocks been doing? Running stats on my trades: there is only a change with FE Battery Metals, which went up 2.6%. Had I invested in Decisive Dividend, that went up 3% and is nearing $8. For Leveljump Healthcare, I am not expecting much for now since their recent big moves won’t even be in operation until early in the new year. As for Braille Energy Systems, that is very much a wait-and-see stock as I am expecting one or two sudden jumps over the next year or two based on my online research (but again, no guarantees).

Stock Trading – Entry 6
For now, let’s let the three stock trades I just made using $360 do their thing and sock away a little more to throw into the mix. This article is about one of the earlier steps I have taken towards building my financial wealth. It was in blockchain, also known as cryptocurrencies. (Crypto means hidden.)

Stock Trading – Entry 4
In the previous article, I identified a maximum stock price of 20 cents per share. Now what? The year was Y2k. Moores was a somewhat new store selling good suits to men across Canada and I saw them as always busy with customers no matter where I was or the day for a long time. The stock price then was $8 per share. Less than two years later it was $32. I was not surprised. A decade later, it was not as popular and the share price was much lower than $32. The point is, if you don’t know at least something of what’s going on inside, stock investing is a shot in the dark, but having an insight can be very easy. What I will show you next is how I discovered a bunch of simple ways to screen companies in or out in a matter of minutes.

Stock Trading – Entry 2
If you already have $360 and are tailoring this approach to your needs and consciously chosen to either consult a financial advisor or not, you could skip this article, but I do mention some sources of free money. After all, the job of a good coach is to shorten timetables.

Stock Trading - Entry 3
Ok, so I had $360 of my own, legit money to invest under my own name. Check. The next question I asked myself was: can you afford to not pay taxes? In other words, how much contribution room do you have for your registered accounts/investments? This question may seem odd, but I am referring to registered investments like TFSAs and RRSPs (in Canada). If there is a 90% chance you won’t touch it until retirement AND you have the contribution room available AND you have discussed it with a financial advisor, an RRSP may work for you. For $360 though, I would be surprised if that would make sense to do.

While I like sci-fi, there is no sci-fi here. Just my journey into not starving for money both now and in retirement. And I start with very little – only $360.00 …Canadian. And I will show you how I got that, too. No penny trading (I will get into why not later).
