Scream Review
It is usual for the most staunch fans of horror to have a saga that is our favorite, something that tends to fuel debates with the longest-running sagas and in particular with the slasher . And despite the fact that everyone may have their preferences, in general terms we can agree that with the Scream movies the quality has been very consistent. That consistency and brilliance was due in no small part to two of the people behind the scenes on almost every installment, Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson . Now, 11 years after the last film , Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett , the men behind the highly recommendedWedding Night , along with Guy Busick and James Vandervilt in the script, are in charge of giving the saga a new life and bringing it to fruition. And the truth is that the play could not have gone better. I'm talking about Scream (2022).

The Last King Review
From time to time I like to immerse myself in the Streaming catalogs looking for little-known things that at first glance catch my attention, I will not deny that most of the time I end up convinced that I wasted my time and after a few minutes I end up leaving. But, on a few occasions I come across things that, although they have their flaws, entertain me and make me have a good time. This time it was the 2016 Norwegian film “ The Last King ” directed by Nils Gaup . Surely it is not so unknown but I had no idea it existed and that was enough for me to want to come and talk to you about it.

Belfast Review
With recent films like Roma or Minari , one gets the feeling that there is a tendency among directors both veterans and newcomers to do a little introspective exercise to narrate a key moment in their lives but in a way that offers a piece of their soul, making it easy to connect with the public. And the truth is that in the face of awards such as the Oscars , voters should think the same, because these types of proposals usually work very well. And while the fate of today's movie awards is still a bit off the mark, he might as well join that group. This is Belfast.

The Batman Review
When this movie was announced some time ago, it created quite a stir in the geek community . Well, apparently it focused its action on something far from what we were seeing in the DC Extended Universe . And it is that we had just seen an already seasoned Batman and here we were shown a more inexperienced one with a more detective approach, something unpublished so far in his film adaptations. In any case, as a lover of the stories of the best detective in the world , my appointment with The Batman was unavoidable, and now that I've seen it I'll tell you my opinion about it.

Honeymoon Review
In 2021 , Netflix dared with a little experiment: to release a horror trilogy such as Fear Street for three weeks, generating a bit of conversation among fans of the genre. Leigh Janiak was in charge of the writing and especially directing work , and seeing the remarkable result with that trilogy, I wanted to investigate a bit to see if she had any previous work. My search turned out to be quite positive, and taking advantage of the voice of a director in terror, I couldn't sit idly by without giving her a little halo of light. I'm talking about Honeymoon.

The Worst Person In The World Review
Joachim Trier already had a remarkable career as one of the filmmakers on the European circuit, but personally, it wasn't until Thelma that his work caught my attention and I decided to closely follow his future projects. And his latest film: The Worst Person in the World after a long tour of festivals with the occasional award has managed to reach the Oscars in the categories of best international film and best screenplay , so my expectations when approaching it were almost excessive, but fortunately everything good that had been said about the tape was true.

Death on the Nile Review
Although many of Agatha Christie's works are nearly a century old, they remain highly respected and influential classics in the world of mystery literature. Some of her novels and her short stories may seem simple to modern readers, as her tricks and surprises have become common in the genre. Despite this, in 2017 we saw an adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express that left us surprised by its quality. Now we have its sequel: an adaptation of the equally famous novel Death on the Nile and in this review we are going to find out if it lives up to its predecessor.
