Dear Jane
Dear Jane, I hope you are feeling better. How is everything doing with the false preacher? I hope that at least you can find solace in your independent study in the Bible and your education with your kids. I miss you beyond belief, and hope you can find the energy and comfort and inspiration to gather and create more beautiful art.

“The mirror showed a reflection that wasn't my own,” I whispered to Edward later that dusky early midnight hour. The mirror always felt like a tool that could help me. It could show me what I wanted. I could be the man I needed to be. That I was meant to be.

Dear Jane
Dear Jane, I hope you are resting well and healing, physical illness can put a toll on you and then emotionally, it can exhaust you as well. I know during these times it can be difficult to find the positivity but just know that you are loved and cherished, and your kids at school and your children—-all appreciate and care for you. And I love you, and care for you very much, my dear friend.

Dear Jane
Dearest Jane, Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion for my dog Pilot’s passing. I truly appreciate that. Thank goodness you are doing alright, though I am so sorry you have the flu, I truly hope you feel better soon. Drink clear hot chicken broth and have warm tea with honey.

Losing you
a Star cannot shine As brightly without the moon Was it me? Sorry. —- Author note: A haiku for whenever I see that I have lost a subscriber to my Vocal account. What did I do? Was it my fault? Did my writing get worse? Am I slipping away into mediocrity? Please send me a message before and let me know, it breaks my heart when I lose one of you!

Dear Jane
Dear Jane, Despite all my above surface level work that may seem positive or happy, I am truly desolate and deeply depressed. I think I’m trying to work through it with these poems and letters and stories I pen down. I think it helps for a few moments. I am merely staving off the inevitable pull of deep mind numbing agony.
