Bio
I am a person who really likes to read and write and to share what I learned with all my education. My page will mainly be book reviews and critiques of old and new books that I have read and will read. There will also be other bits, too.

Threading the Needle
I am not a Vocal+ writer, but I would like to be and I tried to register as one but at this time I really cannot afford the member dues for that side of Vocal.com. I am going to share my craft that I have been making since I was in high school or it could have been even as far back as junior high school. My threading the needle is latch hooking.

More Book Reviews
I am slowly getting back to writing and doing more research, since my stint of Spring cleaning has ended. Not to sound weird but I kind of enjoyed this chore. There is nothing like stripping everything off the walls and emptying a room so that you can get everything washed down. I completed this major work in three days that included 10 rooms, one three closets, and one hallway. Now back to the book reviews. The following book reviews were originally written for a nonfiction site that allows the reviews to be shared on other sites and there are a few where the author sought me out to review their book.

A Few Book Reviews
It has been awhile since I have been writing here, but I will now be writing more, since I have completed my Spring cleaning and a few other chores as well. I have been doing research for a book I plan to write as well as lectures that I plan to share here on Vocal and Medium. There will be reviews of picture books and young adult books as well. The reviews that I plan to share today I know I shared to Medium, but I am not sure about here on Vocal.

What are Smears
What is a Smear? In using the microscope a person whether a student or scientist or any other profession they will make what is known as a smear. Smears are made basically the same way as stains, but as a smear a liquid or semi-liquid specimen can be spread out on a slide and left to dry without a coverslip. Making a smear is to spread out the cells into a very thin layer. One must remember to have completely clean microscope slides. Why? (Teacher could ask this of the students.)

Adlerian
Finally, the conclusion to my graduate paper 'Adlerian Counseling', and I bet you readers are probably glad to see the end. I hope you have learned a little on how to be an Adlerian counselor or even social worker. I am thinking of writing a few more counseling theory articles and I hope we can all learn from them.

Using the Microscope
This is a continuation of the previous lecture on the parts of the microscope and moving on to using the instrument that will be followed by how to make the various slides. This is a lesson as the one before for a seventh grade Life science class.
