According to my watch it’s 1:AM Sunday morning. No, this can’t be right. Where was I between the hours of 9pm and now? I feel like I’m interrogating myself because I just don’t know where I’ve been. So here I sit, floating about the ocean like a giant piece of driftwood on an aimless journey…Wondering, pondering, deducing.

Why Did I call Him Frankie?
I have a bad habit of going too fast. My habit of saying the wrong things at the wrong time is even worse. I know there is someone out there looking for me, that will understand me, that wants to be with me. Where is he? I'm coming up on 28 and my biological clock is ticking like a time bomb with ten seconds left on it. I want to have kids soon and start a family, but I keep getting in the way of myself.

I fought the Law and the Law won.
It's unfortunate that we need rules, regulations and guidelines to live by. Why can't we just do the right thing all the time? Is it because we are all different? Is it because we can't be trusted? Or is it because we just don't care? I don't know the answer to that my friend but what I do know is that we need laws. What would the world be like without them? It's easy to imagine the chaos if there were no consequences to our actions. I would hope that we all want to abide by the law whether we agree with them or not but in some cases, we don't even know that we are about to break a law. That's because some laws make little to no sense and are not obvious to anyone. Let's take a journey into the little know and highly questionable laws that exist, most of which are still enforced to this day.

Honorably Mentioned
It was 11:00PM and I was still wide awake. I needed to sleep but couldn't for some reason. It had been four days of trying but my eyes wouldn't stay shut. I close them, and only after a few seconds they want to open again. It’s also been 4 days since my grandfather passed away from a boating accident. I was starting to think that somehow the two were connected.
