Therapy
Therapy is an integral part of the APA Ethics Code and includes standards on confidentiality, consent, termination, and many others. There are many things to consider on therapy and the standards on therapy of the APA ethics code provide for ethical considerations in all types of therapy from one-on-one to group therapy. In this paper, I will discuss several standards on therapy from the APA Ethics Code.

Anthropocentrism vs. Ecocentrism
When looking at the environment, human beings generally take one of two major viewpoints. These two viewpoints are anthropocentrism, also known as homocentrism (Merchant, 1992; Oelschlaeger, 1991) and Ecocentrism, also known as biocentrism (Leopold, 1949) and each is different from the other.

The Transcendent Shore
In decades past there has been recorded a great number of civilizations. These great peoples were lost to time and forgotten just as the inhuman peoples that came before them. It is in the nature of great things to eventually fall into disrepair and finally be forgotten by time. It is told that these lost peoples and the places in which they did reside are taken away to a land beyond an undiscovered shore in a distant land that holds no place in time or space.

The Rise of Inflation
You know that feeling you get deep down in your stomach. The one that tells you impending doom is approaching. Yeah, I have that. I have that deep in my stomach. Deep in the pit of my body where my little anxious bone resides. Inflation has hit us all. The housing market is garbage. Interest rates are up. The cost of cars are astronomical, even preowned 10-year-old cars are overly expensive. Food is so expensive, that 100 dollars now buys 40 dollars' worth of groceries. This needs to change. SOMETHING needs to change.

Understanding the Varied Styles of Poetry
Sonnet The sonnet, from the Italian sonetto meaning “little song,” is one of the better-known forms of poetry. Made famous by the Italian writer Petrarch, the traditional sonnet consists of fourteen lines divided into two stanzas of eight and six lines each. There is no definitive structure or rhyme scheme of the sonnet, because over time different writers have given it their own poetic spin.

A Story of Earth
Long before the creation of time there was a small flower floating through the darkness. This flower was alone in the world and knew not where to go. One day this flower decided to spread out its spores into the darkness. So, as the spores flew out into the blackness of the void they nested into place and so created the suns of the universe and by extension the first remnants of time.

College Students’ Attitudes and Perceptions Towards Smoking
Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in participant’s attitudes towards smokers of different genders as well as the use of different cigarette types (traditional and electronic). We used a paper survey with a short, twelve item attitudes scale, The Santa Clara Religiosity Measure (Plante & Boccaccini, 1997), and the Duke University Religion Index (Koenig & Bussing, 2010), as well as standard demographic questions. The participant pool consisted of students in an introductory psychology class at a small southeastern college aged 18 years old or older (N=126). No special requirements were needed to complete the survey. We hypothesized that participants would show more negative attitudes towards female smokers and towards traditional tobacco cigarettes. However, no support was found for either hypothesis. There were two significant interactions discovered with regards to religiosity and perceptions of smokers. Participants with higher religiosity scores viewed electronic cigarette smokers more negatively than traditional cigarette smokers. Future directions for this study should include larger, more diverse participant pools, more accurate measures of attitudes and religiosity, as well as more locations than just a southeastern college.

Social Learning of Cognitive Processes
Abstract Social learning is the process of learning through social means such as observation, or instruction, and is an efficient process for learning for both human and non-human animals (Golkar, Castro, & Olsson, 2014). The literature on social learning covers a wide array of research. . However, there is growing work being done in that space where social and cognitive psychology connect. This work covers varied cognitive processes such as decision making (Fuqua & Newman, 1994), problem solving (Fessler, 2006; Lin et al., 2020), and cognitive susceptibility to social structures (Bigler & Liben, 2007; Gelman et al., 2004; Oostenbroek & Over, 2016; Rhodes et al., 2012). This paper attempts to present the literature on social learning and how it relates to cognitive processes, and then proposes a novel research study designed to investigate the links between social learning and cognitive processes in a problem-solving task.

Bias and Racism: A Social Learning Perspective
Abstract Social learning is thought to be an integral part in bias formation. The implicit association test is considered the holy grail of implicit bias, and yet, there are many criticisms of the IAT. Social learning of bias is one intersection of these two topics that while investigated, fails to consider all possible options. In this proposal I present the current literature on the social learning of bias, review some of the issues with the IAT, and propose a novel investigation of the social learning of bias using a social learning intervention paired with the implicit association test. I present a proposed analysis plan, review the paper as whole and present potential outcomes of the study, and discuss limitations of the proposed study, methodology, and the work as whole.

What is Psychology?
What do you think of when you hear the word "Psychology"? Do you think of mental health? Therapists? Medications? Do you think of kids with anger issues and adults with depression? What do you think of? Truth be told, these answers are not wrong answers to the question "What is Psychology?", but they are by far only a small percentage of what the field of psychological science entails. Let me explain exactly what Psychology is, and why it matters so much that you understand the reality of the field.
