A Dream to Teach Perspective
I won't make up any names or descriptions of faces. I'll only tell this dream as I saw and heard it almost a year ago. I've procrastinated in sharing it. I remember I could almost feel the dust blowing through her shattered home. I'll describe every detail, making the dream seem longer, but it only flashed before my eyes a little more than 10 seconds.

Try to say you need more...
Struggle is not always bad. Actually, I’ll go as far to say I believe struggle indicates something better to come. I’d like to get into the habit of perceiving emotional confrontations in a situation the way my sister, at the ripe age of two and with her one tooth, perceived a turkey leg that was about as big as she was. My dad and I looked in the back seat at a red light, and saw that that turkey leg didn’t stand a chance. All she had in her hand was the bone and was shaking it like a rattle, grease all over her cheeks. I want to take on my struggles just like that. My faith, like that one lone tooth, and the problem won’t stand a chance.

Motivation to Thrive
Can you walk with me? Can you let go of the details and breathe with me from your diaphragm(places hand on the diaphragm for visual instruction), and release the tension beneath your skull and between those shoulders. Breathing from the diaphragm ensures complete oxygen intake to your muscles without putting tension on your shoulders as when breathing from the lungs. Yes, expand that lower stomach and feel the fresh air flow into your lower belly and back up through your lungs. Let the air, warm from its journey, escape from your nostrils. Soon we will go to a place only reached in the mind. But first, notice the trees.

ITTT International TEFL and TESOL Training
There was a treasure trove of principles and formats presented during this online course and what I enjoyed the most was the emphasis on building a rapport with students. According to the course work provided unto me, building a rapport lays a supportive and stable foundation for the teacher and students to build positive relationships.

The Risk of Being Known
Prudence Mitchell had played with this harp since she was 4. This four-foot-tall silver masterpiece had been her first best friend. Now, her freshmen year in high school would begin after being home-schooled. She played many times for the Home school Association functions and for her family, but now the opportunity came to play for these new peers she wanted to know and be known by at the Star of the Hour Talent Presentation.

Escape to the deepest world
Sometimes, exclusion is a good thing. I'd prefer not to be lured into acceptance, only to find vanity and delusion there. A frown or sarcastic remark may contain more treasure than the smile of some fake resting face. A wound in season is a most faithful friend, so please, intimidate my pride with a critical gaze.
