My Review of 'BlacKKKlansman'
When I first heard of the concept of the Blackkklansman I thought it was a joke. After all, this is a story about a black man infiltrating the Ku Klux Klan for a police investigation. The concept reminded me of a Dave Chappelle skit he did on the Dave Chappelle show with a blind black man acting as the leader of the Ku Klux Klan. It was a funny concept but I never imagined something similar to this actually happening in real life.

My Review of 'Aquaman'
The DC universe hasn't really built up a great reputation for itself in the past few years with the exception of the movie Wonder Woman. I have to admit I didn't think that the other DC movies deserved as much flack that they did. I thought Man of Steel wasn't that bad of a movie. Suicide Squad I did fall asleep watching through. I wasn't sure if that was a sleep deprivation thing or if the movie was really that boring. It could have been a combination of both. I didn't have much expectations when I went to go see Aquaman. I thought Jason Mamoa's portray of Aquaman was fine in Justice League. Again I didn't think Justice League was that bad of a movie.

My Review of 'Bad Seeds'
I'm not one for watching French movies but this was a really fun movie to watch. The movie defaults to English dubbing when you play it but I hate it when the voices don't match the lips of people who are talking so I changed it to the original French voices with English subtitles. I also get the original inflections of their voices when I switched it over to French. The inflection in a voice is way of communicating so why not hear how the original actors had wanted the dialogue to play out?

My Review of 'Adam Sandler 100% Fresh'
I know Adam Sandler has been getting a bad reputation from so many of his so called "fans" over the years. A few of his latest movies I admit weren't that great so a lot of his fans have forgotten how funny this guy can be. We also forget how diverse this guy is. The medium of his entertainment has changed in so many ways over the years. He did stand-up, songs, skits, and movies. I've always also had a great appreciation of how he kept his Saturday Night Live alumni as close friends and continued to work with them throughout his career. All of his work has a special family feel to them especially since I've grown up watching all of his stuff.

My Review of 'Bleed for This'
I actually wanted to watch Bleed for This in theaters a while back when I first saw its trailer. Time passed by and I guess it was a limited run so I didn't get the chance to see it. Recently it popped up on Netflix and at first I didn't know what it was and then I remembered the trailer for it. So I finally got the chance to see it.

Can the Internet Decrease Our Inspiration?
When I first started break-dancing back in the early 2000s, it was fresh and everything was a new discovery. This was partially because I had just started learning the dance but it was also because break-dancing was having a sudden resurgence and everything was new to everyone in the scene. The motivation was high and everyone was inspired to create new moves and having a blast discovering new things. Despite these discoveries, some of the break-dancers of the era focused primarily on fundamentals they've learned from older dancers and mastered these moves so well that they encompassed the moves rather than the moves encompassing them. They had different motivations, but the love for the dance was all the same.

My Review of 'Sons of Anarchy: Season 4'
With each season of Sons of Anarchy it seems to be getting crazier and crazier. The twists and turns keep me guessing and I don't know what's going to happen next. This is a good way to keep Sons of Anarchy fans coming for more.

My Review of 'Passengers'
Passengers is a story about an interstellar spaceship occupied by 5,000 passengers going from Earth to populate a new planet across the galaxy. The problem is that the ship will need to take something like 100 Earth years to get to the new planet. In order for everyone to get there without dying of old age, they were all frozen and put into a state of deep sleep.

Levels of Learning: Don't Quit! You Can Do It!
It's not too often that you will find something that you stick with for a very long time. You have to like what you're doing to stick with anything and really love something if it's for years. I've heard there are two reasons why people quit things, they either get bored of the task, because it's easy and/or too difficult. We quit things if things are too easy because it doesn't challenge our minds and we quit if it's too difficult because it's too frustrating to continue. I'm here to tell you to stick with whatever you're doing because it'll get better. In fact it can become really fun but you have to keep doing it for a long time. Here are the different levels of learning that I've experienced. They're just observations that me, my colleagues and friends have experienced.

My Review of 'Ralph Breaks the Internet'
I’m always kind of iffy with sequels especially animated feature sequels. So when it was announced that Wreck-It Ralph was going to get a sequel I wasn’t sure what to make of it. I thought they tidied up the first movie quite well and having a sequel would be a stretch of the imagination. It’s probably a cash grab.

My Review of 'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse'
I have to admit I didn’t think much when I first saw the trailer for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. I think they played it for the first time when Venom came out. I thought the animation was a little weird and looked like a straight to DVD superhero film so I didn’t think I’d see it in the theaters at all.

Living a Comfortable Lifestyle or Just Making Ends Meet
I often ask myself the same question over and over again. How much money do I need to make to live comfortably? It’s a different answer for everyone, but why does it really have to be a different answer? Don’t we all have the same wants and needs as everyone else? Apparently not. Depending on how you grew up you’ll become accustomed to live a certain way. Some people do make enough to live comfortably but continue to live beyond their means. Whereas, there are others that make more than they ever need and continue to horde away their money.
