My Review of "George Lopez: We'll Do It For Half"
George Lopez: We'll Do It For Half is a Netflix exclusive that had recently come out. I haven't heard from George Lopez for quite some time and I thought it would be interesting to hear some of his new material. What I got was something that felt very familiar but nothing terribly groundbreaking. I did enjoy a lot of the show but it sort of got tired about halfway in.

My Review of "Vivarium"
Vivarium already looks weird in the trailers but that's what kind of attracted me to this movie. It looked totally strange and yet very intriguing and that's really how the movie plays. The movie plays around with concepts and makes you question what you watched by the end of the movie. There's a lot of ways to interpret this movie so here's my take.

My Review of "A Kid from Coney Island"
A Kid from Coney Island is a documentary on the former NBA basketball player Stephon Marbury. I'm sure today not too many people remember who Stephon Marbury is nowadays but back in the day he did have a pretty big name for himself in the NBA. Even before that he had a big name in the streets of New York. A lot of his adventures outside the NBA aren't really documented so it's interesting to hear what happened afterwards.

My Review of "Desperados"
Desperados kind of came out quietly on Netflix. That's the case with a lot of Netflix exclusives especially during the pandemic. I barely heard any press on it but luckily enough it was suggested by Netflix to me. It kind of has the same feel as the movie The Wrong Missy even though the movies are pretty different from one another.

My Review of "Robocop (2014)"
Robocop (2014) is a movie I kind of shied away from when it first came out. At the time there were a wide array of remakes and I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to take another one. I barely remember the first Robocop movie in the 80s but I remember it was a bit of a satire of commercialism in society much like many of Paul Verhoeven films were about back in the day. The focus on this movie is a little different.

My Review of "Thundercat: Apocalypse"
Thundercat: Apocalypse came out back in 2013 and yet I'm just listening to this album in 2020. I guess it's better to discover things than never to notice them at all. This album feels so close to home but so weird as well. I have to say there aren't many albums that I've ever heard quite like this so I don't even really know the genre of this music. I guess it would be alternative electronic music.

My Review of "Doja Cat: Hot Pink"
Doja Cat: Hot Pink is an album that I never thought I would catch myself reviewing. I have been listening to different music lately and this one really caught my ear because of its addicting tunes and familiarity. I'm not too familiar with who Doja Cat is. That's with a lot of new artists, they just come out of nowhere and catch your attention.

My Review of "Sonic The Hedgehog"
Sonic The Hedgehog had a pretty notorious trailer that came out a while back. I have to admit after seeing that trailer I was a bit concerned with the movie. They had since changed the look of Sonic and when it was released I still didn't see it. Some people have told me that it isn't that bad so I thought why not check it out.

My Review of "Before Sunrise"
Before Sunrise is one of those classics that a lot of critics talk about but I never paid any attention to. It came out back in 1995 and at the time I wasn't mature enough to watch through it. Now that I'm way older I have the patience and maturity to appreciate the nuances of this movie.

My Review of "The F**k It List"
The F**k It List is definitely a movie geared toward young adults. It makes me wonder how far the youth actually absorb these types of messages today since we see it all the time. I understand that it's a great message to youth but I feel that it's a somewhat one sided opinion on how people should conduct themselves in daily life.

My Review of "Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga"
Eurovision Song contest: The Story of Fire Saga is a huge title for basically a run of the mill Will Farrell movie. You'll see a ton of the usual Will Farrell tropes in this movie and that isn't a bad thing especially if you're a fan of his movies like I am. Will Farrell hasn't had a big movie for a little while so it was kind of a pleasant surprise to see this movie come out of nowhere exclusively on Netflix.

My Review of "Zodiac"
Zodiac came out back in 2007 and I can't believe I didn't see this movie until now. This was one heck of a movie not just because the events of the movie are terribly fascinating but because it explores the lives of those that get trapped in the events. The movie was made so well that I would direct people to this movie to show them how to build intrigue to a movie.
