My Review of "Transformers: War for Cybertron Season 1"
Transformers: War for Cybertron was announced not too long ago and when they did the excitement for the series was at an all time high. I guess you can say people are still excited about it but it really depends who you're talking to. I can tell this series plays out to pander to fans of the original TV series from the 80s and that's not a bad thing. The thing is, it's not necessarily a great thing either.

My Review of "An American Pickle
An American Pickle is a much needed new film to come out during this pandemic. It seems that there are so few movies and we're all looking for something new and luckily HBO has been listening. Although this isn't necessarily the most polished movie out there, I found that it had a few interesting themes.

My Review of "Jojo Rabbit"
Jojo Rabbit is a really oddball movie that came out in 2019 by Taika Waititi. It seemed like everything that he was touching turned to gold at the time. The problem is that the subject matter of this movie was pretty controversial. It kind of turned me off from watching it but I'm a fan of his work so I decided to eventually check it out.

My Review of "Tomb Raider"
Tomb Raider came out as a bit a surprise for me. I remember back in the day there were two Tomb Raider movies that starred Angelina Jolie. This is the remake starring Alicia Vikander. The mood and the atmosphere of the movie has changed dramatically since the old movies. I've never really played the Tomb Raider video games but I remember that this movie came out right around the time when they were revamping the Tomb Raider video game series as well.

My Review of "Ip Man 4: The Finale"
Ip Man 4: The Finale is the final installment to the popular Ip Man series. I didn't have too many kind words for the Ip Man 3. I felt that it was a cash grab but had some pretty good action sequences. That's really what you're looking for in action movies anyways so I couldn't fault it for that. Ip Man 4 kind of goes back to the story element of the Ip Man series.

Travel through time with dance
Before you think I'm crazy with the title, you have to hear me out. It's kind of a concept that I picked up from a conversation. When we dance we don't really think much of anything but get caught up in the moment. Sure we could be following some choreography or have a thought of what we're going to be doing but for the most part we are stuck in the dance. It's a state of mind that we're not fully aware of until you reflect on it.

My Review of "Ip Man 3"
Ip Man 3 is a movie that came out back in 2015. It's weird that I haven't seen it until 2020 because I remember loving the previous movies. I did however feel that it was a cash grab because the trailers featured Mike Tyson as Ip Man's main foe. So I didn't bother with this movie however I did see some clips of the fight scenes on YouTube and it did look pretty cool. Now that Ip Man 4 has come out I decided I might as well check it out so that I can watch the latest version afterwards.

My Review of "Hi Score Girl: Season One"
Hi Score Girl is very much like an Archie comic from what I remember back in the day. It even has all of the old comic book characters renamed but very reminiscent of the comic. I haven't seen an anime TV series in a long time and this kind of reminded me why I don't generally watch them that often. It's not my type of thing to watch but it was somewhat entertaining because I do love the 90s references that they talk about.

My Review of "Blinded by the Light"
Blinded by the Light looks like a corny feel good movie and it's not too far from it. You know what you're going to get with this movie but that's not a totally bad thing either though. It's surprisingly based off a true story where the lyrics of Bruce Springsteen's songs are actually pretty important throughout the movie. I'm not totally familiar with Bruce's music but this movie actually made me interested in listening to some of his stuff.

My Review of "The Remix: Hip Hop X Fashion"
The Remix: Hip Hop X Fashion is a documentary that I think a lot of people should really check out because they talk about some important artists that no one knows about. The film basically focuses on the work of Misa Hylton, April Walker, Dapper Dan, and Kerby Jean-Raymond. These are pretty important figures in the fashion industry but in different ways.

My Review of "Driven"
Driven is a movie that came out quietly back in 2018 based on the true events of what happened to world renowned car designer John DeLorean. We all know the famous DeLorean car from the Back to the Future movies but I didn't know about the scandals and dark past of the car and its creator. This movie was pretty eye opening and quite interesting.

My Review of "Last Christmas"
Last Christmas is an interesting movie that came out last year in 2019. It is a lot of movie that I didn't expect. Initially I thought this was a romantic comedy but it really isn't. It's more about this woman trying to figure herself out. There's a large George Michael soundtrack behind this story and it so happens to occur during the Christmas holiday season as well.
