Cost Of Living Crisis Fuels Number Of Workers Wanting To Change Jobs
It has been revealed that over fifty percent of Bristol workers are seeking new career opportunities in an effort to bring in more money. The amount of pay received and the different benefits or perks are seen as the two main drivers for finding a new job, with more people looking for a better work/life balance and wanting to spend more quality time with their families. This has increased concerns of a mass talent exodus in different sectors and industries at a time when many employers are contending with an acute skills shortage which can mean that they are struggling to fill vacancies which they advertise for posts and roles which they require help for. The new findings come as part of a study conducted by specialist recruitment firm, Robert Half.

Data collected from research in to the effect of falling salaries in the UK during a Cost Of Living crisis has shown that more and more employers are feeling the pinch during great times of uncertainty with regard to finances. Brits Out Of Love With Exercise As Research Suggests Only Half Feel Healthy
New research has revealed that only around fifty percent of the UK's adult population feel healthy. The study was conducted by a not for profit healthcare provider called Benenden Health and primarily shows that fewer than a fifth of adults, that's sixteen percent love exercising. This means that they have a lack of physical activity which leaves only around half the nation who would rate their health as excellent or good with fewer than half of those surveyed happy with their body image.

This week, people who live in England and Wales were left without the security of having emergency care whilst thousands of ambulance workers including paramedics and call handlers took part in a twenty four hour strike on Wednesday over the pay they receive. England face Senegal on Sunday evening as part of the first knock out round of the 2022 Football World Cup which is being played in Qatar.
