The Sparrow and the Bear

The Sparrow and the Bear

By Omar Mohammed Published about a year ago 1 min read

In a lush forest, a tiny sparrow sang every morning atop a tall tree. One day, it heard a groan from below. Looking down, the sparrow saw a bear trapped in a hunter’s snare. Cautiously, the sparrow flew closer and chirped, “Don’t worry, I’ll help you!”

With its small beak, the sparrow pecked tirelessly at the thick ropes. After much effort, the ropes began to fray, and the bear was freed. The bear looked at the sparrow with gratitude and said, “You’re small, but your heart is mighty!”

From that day on, the sparrow and the bear became friends. The bear protected the sparrow’s tree, and the sparrow filled the forest with its sweet songs
