If you can see yourself as an artist, and you can see that your life is your own creation, then why not create the most beautiful story for yourself? Don Miguel Ruiz

Anna Taylor once said that your life is yours alone to live. The artist is you. Draw your own picture. Imagine creating your own masterpiece. You only get one life. The artist is you. Don't just make life function; create a masterpiece out of it.

To live a life as an artist, the very first that you need to know is what you want to do in your life? What is your purpose? What is your goal? All these things will help you out to understand the meaning of the life. When you will know about your existence you will get a path to be successful in your life. I once read in the Victor Frankel’s book “Man’s Search for the meaning” that every human being strive for his/her existence. Frankel give the concept of Logotherapy and describe how a person can find meaning of life and learn the art of survival.

Research says that 80% of the individual life is happiness and 20% of the life is sadness but we only focus on the worst part.

Many people want to find happiness, although it might occasionally seem impossible or difficult to do so. Despite the fact that happiness may occasionally seem elusive or out of reach, it is nevertheless possible to pursue happiness as a goal or on a journey. It is possible to achieve happiness if you know where to look for it and how to get there.

5 Best Ways that can Make you Happy

It's true that sometimes we cause our own misery. We simply can't stop reflecting on how someone harmed us or how things didn't go as planned in our lives. Worrying, reflecting, judging one and dreading rejection are all negative mental processes that only serve to prolong our misery and prevent us from being happy. If you catch yourself thinking badly, take a moment to regroup. Your brain will eventually get more adept at doing this on its own.

This mindset is explained as believe on yourself that you can bring change on your life. When you will have a growth mindset you will automatically feel happy and will focus on the positive aspects of life. This technique is very important as when a person increases his/her happiness, nobody can demotivate or hurt that individual.
