Why Write Poetry? In Fact Why Write?
Introduction A lot of people I am acquainted with don't even read books, the headlines of from newspapers seem to be their limit. Their reasoning being, why read a book when you can watch the film? As Peter Jackson said, "This Lord of The rings is Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings", plus a book tends to contain a lot more than a film or TV adaptation, not that I am averse to films and TV series based on books. But back to the point of this piece.

Early May 2026: 8 Goals Accomplished. Top Story - May 2026.
It was a script idea that I had a while back. It was the opening to a script I had typed out so I wouldn’t forget it. And then, I had left it there with plans to get back to it… at some point. I put it on my list of writing goals for the year of 2026 and finally got back to it. I finished creating the characters, I outlined, I dove into the themes I wanted to include and to weave throughout… and then I wrote.

To Build A Poem
Introduction This was kicked off by some friends' opinions on poetic forms. Some detest rhyme and regular rhythm, while I am the opposite, although I do appreciate free-form poetry. Anything can be poetry, you just have to say that it is a poem. This article could be defined as a poem. It has no rhyme, rhythm, or, some might say, reason.

Just a note
Just a note for I know I am way behind on my notifications and I mean way behind, but I have been busy reading many, many novels and I am planning on sharing with you all soon. I am writing a few articles that will be book blurbs on these books that I have read as well as a few articles on a few nonfiction academic books that I have just read. The novels are mainly Nora Roberts novels for I like them for the family aspects they have and the academic ones I like to learn new things now.
