father and child

It had been five years since Mahi's father left, but Mahi had not been able to forget him. She would remember her father every time she got up and sat down. In childhood, grandmother used to tell that her parents had become stars in the distant sky. At night, Mahi would go to the terrace and search for her father among the stars in the sky, but the twinkling of any star would not give her peace, instead her eyes would get blurred due to moist eyes, sometimes she would get stuck on the Pole Star, sometimes on the Black Belt and sometimes on the Saptarishi Mandal.

When Papa is not visible to her, she feels that she is not able to express her feelings to Papa. When she would dive into the ocean of sleep immersed in tears, she would see her father. Sometimes caressing his head, sometimes smiling, but as soon as he came out of the ocean of sleep, Papa would disappear. Mahi would drown again in the infinite abyss of sorrow. Whenever she remembered her father's words, the first thing she remembered was his scolding in her childhood. Sometimes I even remember a slap. Papa, even today I shudder because of his scolding words. After becoming the guardian of her children, Mahi herself had understood that a father is a potter who, while making a clay pot, knocks it a lot from outside but keeps his hands inside while walking so that the shape of the pot does not get spoiled and the pot also does not get broken. No. How many times does Mahi scold her two children in the process of correcting them in their upbringing? He does not feel guilty while slapping his son. She tells Raj, 'This is necessary for their development. ' But when Mahi's father used to scold her in her childhood, she felt so bad felt .

But today Mahi thinks that her father had scolded her rightly. Thinking this, there was a smile on Mahi's lips. Nowadays Mahi has started scolding her children in the style of her father. 'Let's write on paper that I will not do anything like this in future. ' I placed the diary page in front of my son and moved the pen forward. Mahi's father also used to do this. Then that diary remained open on the table for many days. But she also got a hug in return. The very next day, father would bring roses for Mahi from the market and keep them on that diary.

Papa loved roses so much. Thinking this, Mahi smiled and faced the mirror fixed on the wall. Why doesn't he plant a rose plant in his hallway? Then Paya will remain around him. That's how much Papa loved to mingle with the children. He used to go out to unknown settlements to meet children with biscuits and toffee in his bag. Whereas their influx was not more than Mahi. How much he used to hum the songs sung by Papa Mukesh. The song filmed on Raj Kapoor was his favorite song, 'Jeena Yahan' Dying here, where else to go? ' Mahi was remembering how Papa used to sing these songs while acting. 'Whether we are in the game tomorrow or not / The stars will always remain in the sky / You will forget us but we will always be yours / These marks will always remain here / Where else to go other than this', saying this, Mahi used to touch her brother's cheeks. Mahi started seeing father's face clearly today. Papa has left so many things of his own in it that he never realized. I had scolded my son yesterday when he had left the food in the plate. It was necessary to give roses today. He had planted a rose plant in the hallway. He gathered the children around him and started telling the story. And biscuits and toffee also have to be brought for them. Mahi is happy bringing biscuits from the market. He has also bought some chips along with the toffee.

Children Hostel: Now Mahi does not look for her father in the stars. It is here that he finds his father around him, in the rose plants, in the children and also in the songs. The moisture in Mahi's eyes has turned into a smile. Holidays are over. Have returned home from. There is activity in the house. Early in the morning Mahi calls out to the children, 'Aastha, have breakfast, breakfast is ready - bread and pakoda.' ' ' Oho ! This is what my grandfather used to say when we used to go to his house. ' Mahi felt that Papa had come inside her. She touches Aastha and Veeru's cheeks and starts singing with Raj Kapoor-like acting, 'Rahenge yahi yahan ye apne nishan'. Papa doesn't go anywhere. Papa is right here around us.
