The Dirt Track Dream
It's a warm Saturday night in July. Wheat sways in the summer breeze just beyond the track entrance, a reminder that this corner of western Kansas still belongs to the prairie. Cicadas hum in the trees as the smell of race fuel and dry Kansas dirt hangs in the air. Fine dust trails behind every passing side-by-side, settling over trailers, toolboxes, and lawn chairs alike. Impact guns chatter from open trailers, broken only by the occasional holler for a wrench that has somehow grown legs and disappeared. Families laugh. Kids weave between trailers on bicycles. One by one, the grandstands begin to fill as another evening at the dirt track comes to life.

Under the Hood of the Hybrid Market
In 2007, the Energy Independence and Security Act was passed, which later led to many regulations being pushed out by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These regulations were aimed at car manufacturers and would start the move toward cleaner and more fuel efficient vehicles in the future. With these new regulations putting pressure on the manufacturers, research and development increased on hybrid and electric vehicles, as opposed to the vehicles using the common internal combustion engines. This essay will focus on Honda’s practice of producing the Accord. This vehicle is produced with either an internal combustion engine or a hybrid option. The American Honda Motor Company should continue to produce the majority of their Accords with the internal combustion engine for the foreseeable future due to the production cost of hybrid vehicles drastically outweighing the consumer’s willingness to pay for the hybrid variant of the Accord.

What "We Buy Any Bike" Really Means When You Finally Decide to Sell
There's a particular kind of guilt that comes with letting a motorbike sit untouched in a garage. Mine had been gathering dust for the better part of a year — tyres losing pressure, battery long dead, a thin layer of grime settling over the tank like a quiet accusation every time I walked past it. I told myself I'd get it running again "next weekend" for months before finally admitting the truth: I wasn't going to ride it anymore, and it was time to sell.

Understanding Motorcycle Fairing Kits and Their Purpose
A motorcycle's fairing kit contributes significantly to its bodywork; yet often riders only consider the look (paint finish) of the fairings. Fairings do perform other functions such as streamlining airflow over the motorcycle, providing coverage of mechanical components, and helping to hold the overall structure of the motorcycle together. There is a fairing kit available for sport bikes, touring bikes and street motorcycles. Each specific type of motorcycle has a matching style of fairing kit and purpose for how they will be used.
