What's an A-list celebrity without an A-list car to transport them?
Nothing says money more than an expensive car. When a person shows off the wheels that they drive, it is a very strong indication of the kind of wealth that the person has.
£100 Car Challenge How cheap can you buy a car for? This was really pushed to the limits in this challenge. One of the first big memorable challenges, this was undertaken to see if you could buy a car that would cost less than a train ticket from London to Manchester and back. Henry Ford is known for launching one of the seminal and most influential automotive companies in America and the world. You likely know of Ford's Model T, his innovation in the development of the assembly line, and, of course, the enduring Ford Motor Company. However, a bit more research will reveal that these exploits are only the tip of the iceberg in the chronicle of Ford's life. Ford has ties to many extraordinary events in history, some positive and others decidedly not. From befriending some of the most brilliant minds the 20th century to influencing one of the most horrible people in human history, it is impossible to ignore Ford's impact on the world (for better or horribly worse). For a man who achieved such financial and industrial success, Ford, as anyone does, had many missteps and misadventures along the way that would come to complicate his legacy. Warts and all (and he has more than a toad), Henry Ford was an important figure in the development of the modern world and a fascinating historical figure. Below are 10 facts you didn't know about Henry Ford.
This is my sixth season following NASCAR, so I'm definitely considered to be a new fan of America's racing sport. What amazes me about NASCAR fans is the passion they all have for their favorite driver or drivers. Since they're way... way out of our budget, we can only pretend that we own one... in our dreams. And when we do see our dream car in public, we lose our minds and sneak a few photos of its beauty.
You wouldn't think that there are many celebrities that drive cheap cars, but some of the richest people in the world don't feel compelled to drive luxury cars. Despite their millions or even billions of dollars, they might be driving the same car you have in your driveway.
After continuing to rev our engines with excitement for years, is there anything that could stop the Fast and the Furious franchise? Looking back at the franchise's first entry in 2001, this year's The Fate of the Furious is a completely different beast that has undergone somewhat of a Pimp My Ride overhaul. No longer is it just street races and #VinDiesel scowling down some tarmac, we now have gritty espionage and Vin Diesel scowling down some tarmac.
