Oh La La: Paris & Film
I lived in Paris for a year, and I'm dying to go back. When I lived there in 2018, I was an au pair and an English teacher. I didn't even live in Paris proper. My apartment was in a small suburb on the outskirts of Paris. I worked around 60 hours a week, so I didn't have much time to explore Paris at all. Not to mention I was broke, and Paris can be très cher.
Daniela BishopPublished 3 years ago in WanderThe Ghost Ship of Kentucky
Petersburg, Kentucky isn’t known for much. Aside from the divisive Creation Museum, “a cathedral of willingness ignorance” as one TripAdvisior reviewer wrote, it’s a quintessential small town. Well, it’s not even a town but an “incorporated community,” and there isn’t much drawing tourists here. Paranormal experts and lookie-loos alike put this community on their map because of a supposedly haunted abandoned ship run aground in a backwoods river. The ship blips through the history pages like a nautical Forrest Gump, hosting Edison, Madonna, and two presidents, in addition to helping the fight in both world wars.
Raisa NastukovaPublished 3 years ago in WanderWhere Should You Travel To After the Pandemic? {QUIZ}
Aaaaaaah, vacations. Remember when people relished time off, no work, and staying away from friends and family? In March, I thought quarantining was going to be like a vacation. Only two or three weeks, and the virus would be gone forever and we could go back to normalcy!

She stepped up into the campervan, the original seats from 1988 creaking as she buckled the seatbelt and checked the mirrors. The dreamcatcher dangling from the rearview mirror was swaying slightly from the rocking of the van.

It was before midnight on July 25. Deafening noise and people everywhere. The party was in full swing on Carlisle Street in Soho. The short-term rental property hosting the party had been transformed into a pop-up nightclub: used disposable cups, nitrous oxide canisters and opened bottles of bubbles left everywhere.
Anton BlackPublished 4 years ago in WanderTravel - Tempted, Terrified or Not For The Time-Being
OK I am going to admit my feet are seriously itchy and I have been busy travelling during my dreams - infact I've been pretty busy leading tours in my dreams as well. Never in my life have I travelled so little as this year and it is really starting to hurt. However, I am not sure if it is time to start travelling again yet. Whilst I am tempted to travel I still find some aspects of travel a bit of a terrifying thought.

RVlife
This is where we are parked and living at the present moment. A peaceful campground in Cochiti Lake, New Mexico. What you see in the picture is our home of 5 1/2 years. It’s not your normal home and not everyone can RV life or live on the road as a nomad full time; but after a couple of years, we found the new “normal” to us. My husband and I work remotely and follow the nice weather with our two adventure cats, Mango and Kali.

Marguerita TanPublished 6 years ago in Wander10 Things to Visit Featured in 'Fallout 76'
In the gaming community, it is well known that Fallout 76’s location is West Virginia. I myself hail from the Mountain State and am glad my state was chosen for the game's setting. Hopefully, this will bring more tourism (a large portion of our revenue) if the gamers want to see the places in real life. I have taken it upon myself to show you 10 places that are featured in the game and are worthy of a visit. At the bottom of the page will be a map where all of these locations can be found.
