It Happened on the Last Train I Entered
It’s morning in early October and I patiently wait for the train at Berlin Hauptbanhoff. I read something on my e-book. But I’m not really reading, I just scan the letters on a blank stare. My mind is lost somewhere else. I have been traveling quite a lot lately. Not for work, but simply because my job gives me the freedom to work from anywhere I want.

I have a dream. A dream in which all kids have an education. A dream where all girls around the world are allowed to go to school. A dream that empowers communities to lift themselves out of poverty through education. This year I’m taking the first steps in fulfilling this dream. A dream I have dreamt since the day I realised that education saved me.
