The Impact of Women

Women have had a life-changing impact on everyone, especially women. Looking at history, we see that this is what gave women the right to vote. It was no small feat but successfully accomplished by women.

Furthermore, when we look at modern feminism, we see how feminism is involved in life-changing campaigns. For example, campaigns that support unwanted abortions and reproductive rights allow women the freedom to choose.

In addition, feminism often cites nationalism and strives to reject gender roles. It allows men to be who they want to be without being judged. It is not uncommon for men to still cry because they should be allowed to express themselves freely.

Similarly, it is very helpful for the LGBTQ community as they are also fighting for their rights. Femininity gives everyone a place and it is best to practice different femininity in order to understand everyone’s struggle.

The main message of feminism should be to highlight choice in bringing personal meaning to femininity. It is recognizing the right of another to do the same. The sad part is that while feminism is a strong movement, there are still parts of the world where inequality and exploitation of women occur. Therefore, we should all strive to make a divisive femininity.

Feminists celebrate successful women who have seemingly smashed through the glass ceiling, but the reality is that most women are still under it. Even in fast-growing fields where women dominate (retail sales, food service, etc), women make less money than men.
