Thoughts on the NBA Season so Far
Last night, another ho hum night in the NBA-—a Monday night no less that usually should be dominated by Monday Night Football (Patriots-Bills was a snooze fest), Klay Thompson decided he was going to go absolutely bonkers and set the record for three pointers made in a game. After starting the season shooting 5/36 from three, Klay decided to hell with that and shot 14/24 from three last night for 52 points and breaking his teammates' record (Steph Curry that is) for threes in a game. So much for a slump. In the first half alone, again the FIRST HALF, he was 10/14 from three with 36 points. Casual. Oh, and the half time score read like this:

Adrenaline dulled the pain but sharpened his senses to a fine edge. James Mitchell parried a blow that a moment prior would have buckled his knees upon contact.

Now that the World Series has concluded and the hot stove season has gotten warmer, it is probably a good time to take a look at what the Marlins could have planned over the next few months.
Christian CevallosPublished 6 years ago in UnbalancedIt's James Conner Time in Pittsburgh
The Pittsburgh Steelers, led by James Conner, won Sunday 33-18 against Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns. James Conner had 146 yards on the ground and two touchdowns. Conner was 34 yards shy of running what Baker Mayfield threw on Sunday (180). This was James Conner’s third straight game running for 100+ yards and scoring 2+ touchdowns, his fourth of the season. He is the first back in Steelers history and in the NFL since 2009 to do that. Pending the Patriots Bills game on Monday Night, Conner is third on the NFL’s rushing leaders list with 599 yards. He is also beneficial in the pass game. He averages 10.4 yards per reception. He is 4th in yards from scrimmage with 992. At the end of the day, receiving or rushing, James Conner averages almost six yards per play when he touches the football. Le’Veon Bell is still holding out. The question isn’t will Le’Veon be himself when he comes back, but rather is James Conner the starting back for the Pittsburgh Steelers? It’s only been seven games for the Steelers, but I say yes it is time.

On my desk, there’s a regulation major league baseball in the glass case. The reason why the ball is there is the most important reason of all.
William HickeyPublished 6 years ago in UnbalancedNo Clue for Hue
Hue Jackson might be a great offensive mind but as a head coach in the NFL, he might be taking on more than he can handle. After several seasons as a position coach and several more as an offensive coordinator, Hue was named the head coach of the Cleveland Browns on January 13, 2016. This wasn’t the first time Hue was made head coach though.

Pre-Script: I was going to do an entire the good, the bad, and the ugly type article, but I realized it would be far too long so I'm breaking it up into three articles, this being the first. Expect Part 2 in the coming week.

WWE, and wrestling in general, is known for having some elaborate story lines. I personally like to think of wrestling as a soap opera with a lot more ass kicking.

Another week of NFL football coming up. Can't believe it's already week eight, the season is flying by, and for us New York Giants fans, this season CANNOT end soon enough. After another ridiculous loss this past Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons, the Giants sit at 1-6. This was a team I was super excited about before the season started, too—just an awful, awful season for them.
