The code of honour of the European nobility is the resolution on the code of conduct of the

nobility, adopted by the official European nobility associations represented in the

C.I.L.A.N.E. (Commission d'Information et de Liaison des Associations Nobles d'Europe)

on 2 September 1989 in Porto, Portugal, against which every nobleman and every

noblewoman in the 21st century is to be measured. The Bourgnewian Commonwealth has officially adopted these values of Nobility and Royalty to govern the Bourgnewian Royalties. The Bourgnewian Monarch will be address as "Your Gracious" while members of the Bourgnewian Ruling House addressed as "His/Her Highness" If Bourgnewian Royalties does not adhere and understand these values then they will lose or abdicate their titles and be removed from the Bourgnewian Royalties and all its assets this will happen in extreme actions and with the approval of Constitutional breaches by a jury of their peers. The Bourgnewian Constitution supports these values as the Bourgnewian Royalties are priviledge, honor, nobility, grace, freedom, right and duty of its beholder. The Bourgnewian Constitution believed that the Bourgnewian Royalties should avail at a higher moral because they represent the will of the Commonwealth and the trust of the Bourgnewian people. This strict order to ensure the future of all Bourgnewians and the elevation of decent standards and morals to produce a society where respect, courage, love, hope and grace can abound. We must strive to be a good people and to care about our society and build better relations. The Bourgnewian Royalties should be sacred to the Bourgnewian people and strengthen the unification of our Commonwealth preserving its heritage. These values are unique and attributes of civil, elite, and respectful society. And they will guide our guidance and the honor of bestowing the titles for future generations by the Bourgnewian Ruling House. It is important that the Bourgnewian people see these values in nobilities and royalties to create peace and foster hope and end divisions. These values are universal and prevalent and evident of equality and justice and preservation of cultural heritages to sealed and make perpertual the unification of the Bourgnewian Commonwealth.
