Gender and racial wage gaps have been plaguing the business world since they started, so, I have a fix for that. This one was certainly one of the simplest systems I have ever fixed. I even did it in a day, It’s actually simple. Under this structure I have built your position in the business will not influence your pay & Our employee’s pay. It is an effectively balanced structure that ultimately removes uncertainties. Pay should never be negotiable, You should never accept anything less than You’re worth, & You should always know what Your worth is. 

    First We have a Patriots Wage (this idea was a magnificent concept that came from Twitter handle @JamesRLeVan1) that becomes the title of the modern minimum wage that’s a living wage based on minimum wage data and because of what President Franklin D. Roosevelt said on the matter “It seems to me to be equally plain that no business which depends for existence on paying less than living wages to its workers has any right to continue in this country.”

If the minimum wage kept up with the living wage:

    That would be about $24.00 right now. 

    - Next, we keep the living minimum wage growing as it should be annually.

    - Then you give them a $1.00 raise for every year they work for you no matter how long they have worked for your business including sister companies you own. It doesn’t matter if they quit and came back, this would make certain they have the same pay rate for your companies across the board when they come back. This kind of reliability on the business will allow for the business to have more faithful employees. 

    That determines the very based of what you would be making at the start if we didn’t include work experience related to that position, formal education, and informal teaching. 

    - Formal Education is the simplest to explain and offers you the biggest pay raises. For every year of formal college-level education, you will get a $2.00 raise added to your base income. So if you have 12 years of education related to that field of employment, you would get a $24.00 pay boost to add to your starting wage. 

    - We will add proven years of work in that field, which would be $1.50 for every year of work in this field you can provide with your employment record. It goes up to $1.75 if that employment record is after your formal education and out of college with a test that can boost it up to $2.00. 

    - Next is every year of informal learning which is high school or lower, down to the age of 5 years old, with a proven record in relation to that field of employment, this is $1.00 with a test that will allow it to go up to $1.50. 

    - After let’s go over work record and informal education that can’t be proven, this means things like practicing in your free time on a musical instrument or not even practicing consistently over 4 years, this starts at $0.25 with a test to get it up to $0.50, failing this test can literally have all the possible bonus pay for unproven informal education taken away. 

    - If you have nothing related to this field, no employment record, and no education, you start at the base of $24.00.

    - All the categories that can be proven & your test bonuses would stack together to determine your minimum hourly rate. Never take anything that’s under what You’re worth.  

For example: 

Starting Wage = $24.00

Proven Work Experience = [($1.5-$2) x # of Years] = 

Proven Formal Education =  [$2 x (1-12)] = $2 - $24

Proven Informal Education =  [($1-$1.5) x # of Years]

Unproven Work Experience =  [($0-$.5) x # of Years]

Unproven Informal Education =  [($0-$.5) x # of Years]

    Now we need to find a field of employment to apply this to. 

Medical: Doctors, 13 years of Proven Informal Education, 12 years of Proven Formal Education, 8 years of Proven Work Experience, and 8 years with that hospital. 

    - Let’s say they have always wanted to be a doctor and took a passion at an early age (5 years old) and their parents gave them all they needed to do and prepare to go to college at 18 years old. That’s 13 years of Proven Informal Education. $19.50

    - Being a Doctor takes 12 years of education to achieve. We are going to say our doctor has been through those 12 years. $24

    - Let’s assume they passed the work experience test right after college and got the peak starting pay bonus for that as well. $16

- They have likewise been with the same hospital for 8 years. $8

    That means the minimum hourly wage for a doctor should be $81.50 an hour. Your annual pay would be at most $135,616.00/year if you worked 8 hours a day, 4 days a week, 52 weeks a year. With it only going up every year based on the cost of living, your annually $1.00 company loyalty bonus, & the years of experience bonus going up by however much you got on your test (in this case $2.00)

    - Your minimum starting wage is $24.0/h.

    - Your maximum starting wage is $57.5/h. 

Boom, there you go, problem solved. Here is a real kicker: if you don’t agree with what I have said thus far, it doesn’t matter the minimal wage this Payment system still works.
