Taking a Stand Against Free Speech

In a recent article titled FBI may have violated First Amendment with Twitter moderation requests, experts warn: The next Congress must make it a top priority to investigate Twitter's relationship with federal government, one expert says, published on December 14, 2022, in Fox News, Jessica Chasmar reports:

The FBI may have violated the First Amendment by asking Twitter to moderate certain speech, as revealed in a recent "Twitter Files" release, constitutional experts tell Fox News Digital.

A Twitter Files installment released by Substack journalist Matt Taibbi last week revealed Twitter’s former head of safety, Yoel Roth, apparently attended weekly meetings with the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence about moderating misinformation ahead of the 2020 election.

While the repeated monotonal narrative that has been flooding the zone ever since "Let's go, Brandon!" was given the keys to the White House continues to assure the world that the United States has never had a more safe and secure presidential election in its history (and if you think otherwise - like maybe there might have been some sort of monkey business at the ballot box - and you start asking questions about it and spreading your dangerous thoughts around on the internet, then you're a right-wing extremist, conspiracy theorist, domestic terrorist, and a threat to our democracy), it turns out that the bureaucrats at the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security (you know, that tax-payer funded alphabet agency that put itself in charge of censoring any political dissent from the American people, which, of course, is the very reason free speech is guaranteed by the First Amendment, under the guise of "Disinformation Governance"?) have been caught secretly conspiring with Big Tech social media executives and Mockingbird Media outlets to control the flow of information and dishonestly manipulate public perception in the interest of their own unethical and morally corrupt political agenda.

Now, on the heels of the Russiagate Hoax, wherein the majority of the U.S. Congress, in collusion with corporate media and the DOJ, spent hundreds of millions of tax dollars and the length of a presidential term doing their damnedest to nail a sitting president to the wall on the basis of what has now been proven to be a dogpile of lies. The evidence of this seditious institutionalized collusion lies in the fact that, while the formerly accused party has been ultimately vindicated for the reason that there exists no credible evidence against him in this case, the so-called Justice Dept. seems to have forgotten that it is a crime of high treason to attempt to overthrow a legitimately elected sitting president of the United States.

If a team of the best criminal investigators in our nation, with every resource at their disposal and support from Congress, was not able to uncover any evidence that could substantiate these accusations that a capital crime had been indeed perpetrated by the Executive in Office, then they surely have recorded evidence that a capital crime occurred in his being falsely persecuted and accused. Where are the SWAT teams with fully-automatic rifles and handcuffs? Will the gangsters on Capital Hill be allowed to live above the law and deny the American people justice to be served?

In October 2020, just weeks before the election, the FBI prompted Twitter to take action after it flagged two tweets related to alleged voter fraud, according to a screenshot of internal communications posted by Taibbi. Twitter responded by slapping a label that said "Learn how voting is safe and secure" on one of the tweets from a GOP Indiana politician, according to the screenshot.

Screenshots also showed Twitter’s current policy director, Nick Pickles, and a marketing employee discussing how the company detects misinformation partly through "partnerships" with the FBI and DHS.

The only conclusion a rational mind can make here is that the top cop agencies of the U.S. Federal government have acquired a bad habit of committing the most seditious crimes against the very people they've been sworn to protect.

The implications of this damning evidence, in a sane world, would lead to the most severe consequences that are allowed by law. Is it possible in our enlightened age for a reasonably victimized, tax-paying, law-abiding, average American citizen to quietly and politely raise the question, "What happened to justice and the rule of law in my country?" without the risk of being labeled as a "conspiracy theorist", or a "right-wing extremist", or a "domestic terrorist" so that they can be humiliated, censored, suspended, shadow-banned, marginalized, and dismissed on the very same big tech social media platforms that are guilty of collusion in these capital crimes against the people?

Journalistic or Historical Context

In remembrance of the televised assassination of the last President of the United States on 11/22/63, the deep state intelligence community thumbed its nose once again at the rule of federal law when it refused to comply with long-standing court orders that demand full disclosure of all the evidence on record concerning the public murder of John F Kennedy.

Instead, the American people were given a handful of breadcrumbs and another illegitimate president signed another authorization for the shadow government to keep all those dancing skeletons securely locked up in a closet of secrecy, far from the prying eyes of a questioning public.

Even so, the recently released documents have brought to light an official confirmation of the now nearly 60-year old suspicion that Lee Harvey Oswald was not at all unknown to the covert operations of the Central Intelligence Agency and its ranks of Project Paperclip Nazi intelligence officers.

When President Dwight D. Eisenhower left office in January 1961, in his final speech to the American people, he famously warned the nation to guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The puzzling nature of Ike's riddle left many Americans to conclude that he must have been alluding to the advancement of some agenda to take control of government policy, as directed by a secret conspiracy of an unknown and mysterious scientific elite, within the councils of government.

At the time, Operation Paperclip was regarded as top secret, so the American people had no way of knowing about the thousands of elite Nazi scientists that Truman had recruited to start NASA and run the alphabet intelligence agencies, in competition with the Soviets. Then, only two short years following Eisenhower's statement, JFK states in very clear language that our way of life is under attack and we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy - not a theory. In historical context, it is well-known that not long after Kennedy gave his famous speech, he was shot to death on the streets of Dallas with cameras rolling.
