Past politicians, legislation and political movements have changed the course of history in ways both big and small. Welcome to our blast to the past.
Ed Miliband: The Once and Future Leader?
Current Energy Secretary Ed Miliband is seen by many on the left and right of the Labour Party as a good replacement for the Leader of the party and denizen of No 10 should Sir Keir fall on his sword. Ed Miliband served as Labour leader from 2010 to 2015 after Gordon Brown was defeated in a general election. Known as "Red Ed", shifting Labour more to the left. Ed Miliband, who is of a Jewish background (and Polish), though not a practising Jew, unveiled the famous "Ed Stone" with commitments he was committed to engraved on a giant stone not unlike the ones you see at Stonehenge. Also, compared to the Ten Commandments, which Moses brought down from Mount Sinai, hence the ironic Jewish mention.

Polanski Walking Manchester.
No doubt about it, Zack Polanski has emerged as the golden boy of the left/far-left. Since becoming the leader Mr. Polanski has taken an almost obscure political party, the Greens, from more or less zero to heroes. Party membership has grown exponentially from a membership of 50,000 to 225,000. To say Zack Polanski has been the leader of the party for only 8 months, whether you like him or his policies or not, that's quite a feat.

Trump's Rhetoric on Cuba.
Since the 1959 revolution and the failed US "Bay of Pigs" invasion in 1961, the US and Cuba have been sworn enemies. During the Obama years in 2014, sanctions were lifted, and the relationship was normalised. He also reopened the US Embassy in Havana. American ships, planes, and citizens were allowed to visit the Communist state and vice versa.

Bibi Will Be Arrested: Peter Magyar.
Netanyahu has lost a champion in Viktor Orban. Like Netanyahu, Orban was a figure seen by many as being on the extreme right. Orban was in power for 16 years. However, his reign has been ended by a more moderate right-winger: Peter Magyar.

Iranian Currency vs US Dollar
Iranian Currency vs US Dollar The comparison between the Iranian Rial and the US Dollar presents one of the most striking examples of how currency value affects wealth perception. At first glance, earning millions or even billions in Iranian currency may appear to represent significant financial success. However, when compared with the US Dollar, the reality becomes very different. This comparative analysis examines whether becoming a millionaire in Iranian currency truly reflects financial wealth.

Field Marshall Asim Munir.
Pakistan has played a vital role in trying to bring the US and Iran together. Even though the 21-hour meeting between the two sides in Islamabad failed to deliver any meeting of minds, the tenuous ceasefire between the US and Iran is holding - just. There are rumours of another such meeting, and the ceasefire deadline, which runs out next Tuesday, may be extended.

Peter Magyar: Wants Orban's Regime Gone.
Victor Orban has been in power for 16 years. Positively, on the far right of politics and a strong ally of Vladimir Putin. Hungary is a member of the European Union; however, Orban is very anti-European Union. Unlike the UK Mr. Orban did not hold a referendum to decide whether Hungary should leave the EU. Orban has been strict about who he allows into Hungary and who he does not. Orban has/had his feet in two camps, one in the European Union and one in Russia, but more so in Russia. It is best to describe Orban as an elected dictator. Such things happen in democracies when you have a popular leader who keeps getting elected over and over again. As with Margaret Thatcher in the 1980s, until for whatever reason their rule comes to an end.

Stop This! NOW!
How many more? How much longer? How many times? When will it stop? The vicious thirst for blood and the hunger for flesh must end. Why is our Congress silent? Why is this magnanimous misogynist being allowed to wage war against a nation we had no issues with? Why are we doing Israel’s dirty work?
