How many more? How much longer? How many times? When will it stop? The vicious thirst for blood and the hunger for flesh must end. Why is our Congress silent? Why is this magnanimous misogynist being allowed to wage war against a nation we had no issues with? Why are we doing Israel’s dirty work?
The war we have started in Iran is a travesty. We had no quarrel with Iran. We had no reason to enter a sovereign nation and begin killing people. We had no right. Who gave this president the right to do this? Congress is culpable and should be held to account. I hope every citizen is paying attention because midterm elections are coming up, and we need to make a statement. We need new representatives of the people at all levels of government.
I am sick to death of this stupid war. I am disgusted with our president. I am livid that our boys, the citizens’ boys, are being sent into a nation to die for another nation that they are not citizens of. They die. The president’s children, grandchildren, and the children and grandchildren of every congressman need to be the ones on the ground if there is this insatiable hunger for death in Iran, not ours.
Does everyone hear the crickets chirping? No one is saying anything. No one is doing anything to stop the tyrant-in-chief.
People of the United States, I need you to think about something. What was the main topic the country was concerned with before the first strike against Iran? EPSTEIN! It was on the news 24/7. We wanted answers. We were demanding accountability and action against those who committed heinous acts against innocents, those who peddled people for the sexual deviance of the sycophants in power. The top suspect in those inexcusable acts was the one sitting in the big chair of OUR nation. And then….
ATTACK! We started a war that will never end. We sent our men into a country and will never stop being there. We have done wrong. This is how you distract a nation from the Epstein files. You start something that will occupy their minds and plague their dreams for months to come.
Why are the Senate and the House of Representatives silent? Why have they not withdrawn their support, funding, and authorization from this president? I’ll tell you what I suspect. Because they all benefit from it. They get rich off war, off the bloodshed our young pour out on foreign soil. They have investments in the machines and corporations of war.
Our representations may also have an interest in our distraction because they themselves may be implicated in some or all of the crimes involving Epstein. Did you ever think about that? Has there been an independent investigation without government involvement? Have any charges been brought against anyone? Do the testimonies of the women who endured these filthy men mean nothing? This is exactly why so many women who were raped stay silent. Because they have no power. They are overpowered by rich and powerful deviants.
When do we take back our government? The government was designed for the people. Our laws were written for the benefit of our people. We are the ones who are supposed to have all the power, not these puppet masters. We pay them. We hire them. We are the ones who tell them whether we want war, not the other way around. And yet we have handed the nation's keys to corrupt and self-interested politicians. They are in the driver’s seat, and we are along for the ride over the cliff’s edge.
In the words of the “venerable” (sarcasm), slime we have elected as our representative to the world, “YOU’RE FIRED!” Get him out of the driver’s seat. He is drunk on blood.
Americans, this is not okay. First of all, we need to demand that this unjust war stop. We need to demand it, not ask, not suggest. Demand. We need to blow up the phones of every congressman and tell them to make it stop. I don’t want to see one more soldier return on a plane in a flag-draped box.
Secondly, we need to demand that the crimes detailed in the Epstein File be adjudicated. We need to demand that every person implicated be named and legally charged. I don’t care who is involved. I don’t care how many people it takes down. Every person who was complicit in the trafficking and prostitution of those children needs to be held to account, every last one.
Whenever a president or our government is involved in a scandal or implicated in a crime, a war is started to take our minds off the activities of the men and women in power. Remember the blue dress and cigar scandal in the Clinton years? What happened? We attacked the Balkans and the entire decentralization of the Soviet states. In the Bush years, campaign finance reform that our people wanted, pushback on environmental rule reversals, and Enron were the hot topics, annoying our government. There was also intelligence that had warned our government of impending attacks on us, which they dismissed, and the failed Katrina response. The distraction heard round the world, 9/11. That was not caused by our government, at least I sure hope not, but the Afghan and Iraqi wars and the war on terror all took flight, distracting us from our leaders’ failures and suspicious activities.
During Obama’s turn in the hot seat (2009-201), we had Operation Fast and Furious, which pertained to illegal gun sales, and the Associated Press violations of press freedoms (2009-2011). In 2012, we had Benghazi and the death of an ambassador, and the failure to prevent it and to recuse our people from the embassy. 2013 brought us Snowden and the damning intelligence he leaked. He ran and sought asylum from our government. Under Obama, then, Vice President Biden threatened any country that would allow him entry with being cut off from the US government’s teat. Russia didn’t care. They granted him asylum, which played into the rhetoric against them. In 20114-2015, we had the OPM data breaches. You get the point.
From those scandals, we saw attacks in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Yemen, Pakistan, and the rest of the Middle East. During 2011-2012, we were distracted by the Arab Spring. Distraction after distraction, year after year of scandals involving our officials’ corruption, criminal activity, or failures.
Are we seeing a pattern? We hire these men and women to govern us and our nation in our best interests. They fail us, and when we complain, grow restless and angry, and demand accountability, something happens, and poof! Our minds shift from those topics to ones where we are the supposed people being protected by our oh-so-benevolent governing bodies. I could go president by president, and find some scandal, and then their method of distraction.
Sometimes the distractions are not all bad, but more often than not, they involve our young men dying to keep our corrupt government from the scrutiny of its people. The good distractions pale in comparison. Reagan and the Iran-Contra, HUD, and the savings and loan scandals were answered with the invasion of Grenada, the bombing of Libya, and support for the Afghans against the Soviets.
It never ends. I am sick of it. It doesn’t matter which side is in office. There are always scandals, followed by their solutions to keep our minds off their mess. Aren’t any of you sick of it?
I recently had conversations with a seventeen-year-old student in Iraq. Before you all go getting judgmental on Iraqi people, hear me out. He is a very nice young man. He does not hate us. He is curious about us. He is told one side of a thing, just like we are told one side of a thing. Both governments pit their people against each other. How would they fund the war machine and keep their stock portfolios full if they didn’t have a war to fund? Do any of you know just how much money is made during wars? It is astronomical and criminal, all at once.
This kid and I have spoken, and we keep discussing why both sides have to fight. He dislikes it. I do too. He knows so little about us, and I am afraid to admit that I know so little about them, the real them, not what the media feeds us. Oh, the media, you say? Yes. The media, the arm of the government, make no mistake about that.
Whichever side is in power, I assure you, the media is not. They do the government’s bidding. Remember COVID? There are no unbiased media outlets. There is no objective news, only commentary and rhetorical propaganda from both parties in power. Frankly, I don’t even understand why there is no outrage about that.
What has happened to us? Guess what? They have manipulated us against one another as well. Their stability, the government’s, is built on our destabilization. Think about that. They pit us against each other. They make us focus on our differences. They fuel the fires of hate. They use every tool in the box to keep us imbalanced, including all media.
I leave you with one more example of manipulation. YouTube just blocked and revoked Explosive Media. Why? Because Iranians have created ingenious Lego parodies of our president and our overreach in Iran. You can still access them, but I don’t know for how long. No doubt, the powers that be will make all social media remove the content. The reels are vivid and candid about how Iran feels about our invasion. They address our persistent role as Israel’s bully in the world. It’s an honest look at how their younger generations feel about it and about us. It is also a clear warning.
We have started a war that will make its way back onto U.S. soil. It is a foreshadowing of another 9/11. It is a warning of a possible jihad. Not over there, but here.
We can make the excuse that Iran had or was developing a nuclear capability. Sure, maybe so. But can you blame them? Israel has been up there for decades. The war is legendary. Another mark on society and humanity. That kind of concern would make any nation seek the ultimate defense for its people.
They didn’t have the capability. But I will tell you this. They will most certainly double their efforts after what we have done. I have no doubt.
This sick game of cat and mouse, of hunter and prey, needs to stop. We need to stop it. We need to stop being Israel's strong arm. Israel needs to deal with the Middle East on its own. Maybe they should try diplomacy and keep trying it until it sticks, because I am sick of our men and women dying for them, for anyone.
Enough is enough.
