Vladimir Putin's billion-dollar Palace overlooking the Black Sea has its own casino and ice hockey rank and it's surrounded by a special no-fly zone. Underground tunnels lead to a secret bunker which indicates preparation for the worst-case scenario. He was considering the possibility of a chemical attack on his defence system and how can he protect himself from external threats from his people if they decide they don't want him around anymore. Insider decoded satellite images, renderings and photos of his hideout. To see how far Mr Putin will go to ensure his survival in the 190 000 square-foot mansion near the resort town of Gelenjik in southern Russia. That's one thousand miles away from his official residence the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow. Diagrams reveal that this Mansion has 11 bedrooms above ground and a high-security bunker below the main course constructed to have two different supplies of oxygen. There is a list of tunnels to bring additional provisions the drawing shows. The two tunnels are hidden in the hill under the Mansion, they are around 130 and 200 feet long cross-sectional sketches show 15-inch thick concrete walls that appear to be blast-proof tunnels. Moreover, there have multiple ventilation shafts in case of a chemical attack that could pollute the air and they're equipped with a freshwater supply, sewage lines and fire system. Everything Putin would need to survive for weeks at a time. Additionally, a lot of space to store cables, racks for conduits for power and fibre optics and the phone so that if the worst happens communications will continue to flow into the Palace. An Elevator Shaft connects the tunnels to the lower one, including a moving walkway leading to the Black Sea beach, allowing for a quick escape. These tunnels were built over 10 years ago demonstrating how long Putin has been obsessed over his safety. This is back when Putin was meeting with the U.S. presidents. We now know that in the back of his head, he was making preparations for existential conflict with the West.

3D renderings also reveal how luxurious this Palace is. There's an enormous guest house, a church, and a hookah lounge with what appears to be a stripper pole. There is a special dormitory and a complex of buildings intended to house staff and security guards. Furthermore, there is what appears to be a 'comms' communications Centre. It's got almost everything you could imagine.

Documents show that as early as 2010, a Russian construction company called Metro Style was hired as a private contractor to dig the bunkers underneath Putin's Palace. Online screen capture of old construction drawings that had circulated for years among Russians may have obscure message boards. Surprisingly many Russians first fully understood the palace in a 2021 documentary from Putin's political arch-rival Alexey Navalny.

The home is said to be privately funded by one of Putin's closest associates. A Russian oligarch, that's a 'person who owns property on paper'. Putin has other similar assets. A Russian media outlet revealed that he has a three-storey fishing Villa situated in Lake Saimaa, Finland. A close friend reportedly built the 3.2 million-dollar mansion for Putin. It is said to have a security house, a wine cellar and a billiard room. Needless to mention, a lot of public funds are going towards building and renovating different kinds of bunkers and tunnels across Russia. That could be used for something better. For instance that could be used to make Russia a better place and to help the Ukrainians rebuild their country after the damage that Russia has done to it.

All leaders of nuclear states make emergency plans e.g. the U.S. government has a hideout under the White House. Including a bomb shelter at Camp David, Maryland and a nuclear bunker at Mount Weather, Virginia. Except, Putin's Palace is different. Since it's designed to ensure the continuity of one person, that is Putin's. It's focused on him and only him staying alive and it's very unlikely that the palace will pass on to the next leader of Russia.
