Is the era of heroes dead? These conspiracy theorists would have you believe so, as their hypotheses concerning under the radar actions involving the government and it's various subsidiaries remain somewhat believable, although unheard of. It all depends on the one viewing them, or you the reader, and the only individual who is worthy of categorizing them as true or false is also you, yourself. In my mind, I accept what is believable to me, rolling with the realities as best as I can. In other words, there's no way of proving them right or wrong, and in any case we're all just in a simulation, so what's it matter? Just use your imagination.

Some may not seem so plausible, but then there are the truly terrifying conspiracy theories that make more sense than your homework ever did. Educations aside, the theories below don't necessarily involve or surround the government, but either nod to our governance having known about or covered up fact involving the conspiracy, or there are theories that stipulate government control is malignant by shaping these so-called outcomes. It doesn't matter if they are true or not. What does matter is if they have any ounce of reason, factual evidence, or pursuable causalities. These ideas could help us design a more positive way for unlocking truths behind creepy government conspiracies, but for now let's look at the most recently re-conjectured.

Design & Conquest of Quantum Computers

While the title may have a more positive connotation, this highly complex piece of machinery might mean the end of life as we know it. As most tend to go, this brand new addition to creepy government conspiracies is based on a potential annihilation of humanity in the use of nano-tech and quantum computers. It sounds almost like they stole this from a PKD plot, but it's one of the most avidly believed in 2018.

Coined by theorists on community-based website 4chan as "Black Project," the idea stipulates that the introduction of quantum computing will therefore allow mankind to transcend the physical realm, which may at first sound like a blessing in disguise, but it actuality means the inevitable subservience and enslavement of humanity by the likes of these far more complex and intelligent systems in computational tech.

A Loose Lunar Landing by Stanley Kubrick

Though it's probably the most well known on this list, the faked moon landing serves as one of the best examples in how creepy government conspiracies can ultimately taint history. Being a notorious moment in America's background, serving as the basis for our deepened ingenuity and perseverance for continued spaceflight above all else, the moon landing has constantly been speculated as having been staged with help from a legend in science fiction: Stanley Kubrick.

According to the conspiracy theory, Kubrick had at the time been attempting to film the interior and exterior of a B-52 bomber, a request for which the US government had denied. He was also desperate for funds, which he needed to start filming 2001: A Space Odyssey. As legend has it, Kubrick was hired by the US government under a conditional contract that necessitated his filming of a government-sponsored sci-fi flick, for which he would be recompensed with B-52 access and ample funding. With little evidences to go on and it's being a far-fetched theory to begin with, the faked lunar landing remains as a staple among conspiracy theories (one which my own grandfather wholeheartedly believed—and he actually watched the live broadcast). At least they can admit it's there, since many and more theorists claim the moon doesn't even exist!

Barack Obama Controls the Weather

Oh yeah, if you thought the debates surrounding Obama's presidency only really situated on his birth certificate and background, then you're sadly mistaken. As the current president continues to rave about the former, there's also these people who believe Barack Obama did and still does control the weather. And I thought I was nuts.

How does he control the weather, you might be asking? Oh, I don't know, maybe he could have caused Hurricane Sandy. According to theorists, Obama's devastating plot involved the wreckage of the GOP convention, which was planned amid Tampa around the same time. When placed among creepy government conspiracies, it may cause most to laugh more than anything else.

Bitcoin Is Leveraging a Financial Collapse

There's been a variety of creepy government conspiracies pertaining to digital concepts and cryptocurrencies, but one of the best out there involves the possibility of a financial collapse engineered by Bitcoin.

With its creator still in question and the fluctuation of Bitcoin prices witnessed throughout 2017 and into 2018, some have come to claim a pattern involving the high stakes 1 percent forwarding a collapse on the part of the lower and middle classes. Jeff Berwick is the brains behind this one, stating that the collapse won't be felt until Bitcoin reaches the "$100,000 threshold," which will lead to various high rollers from dropping out of the race, leaving trillions in their wake.

Denver International Airport

The New World Order behemoth of a theory, encapsulating the entirety of what the "world government" debate entails and the ideology behind the supreme power of all; Denver Airport. It's home to many a theory and wild stipulations ranging on the artwork and building design, to the very subterranean lairs beneath it and reason for its being built in the first place.

There's a great many video to be found on YouTube, but Zaarali does it best. First off, the building is shaped like the Swastika Nazi symbol, and much of the extra space of runway is either laid in secret or forbidden of public view. There are also a few murals that depict genocide, mass migrations, religions cleansing, and a coming world order that will save all. You might be wondering what of it involves this theory among creepy government conspiracies, to which I'd answer: many important people have bought of valuable residences surrounding or nearby this one specific place, which has enlivened many questions.

1950s CIA Mind Control

Up until 1973, our own government would experiment and use people ranging from the criminal or parolee, to the innocent, everyday working man. This ideal among these creepy government conspiracies was born from the likes of confessions and intelligence given to the CIA by their submissive subjects.

In 1950s the CIA preformed these procedures with hallucinogenic narcotics, like LSD, to weaken spirits and torture minds for various kinds of intelligence. Without the Geneva Convention, such spy tactics and malignant forms of interrogation were put to rest, but many nowadays seem to stipulate this was only for a time, as the CIA lives and breaths in utmost secrecy; who's to say their modern day procedures have not changed?

Flat Earth

It may be a well-known and, more or less, widespread belief carried throughout the ages by the more speculative sort, but the flat earth debate still relatively stands since it regained traction back at the end of 2017. This year marks the year for flat earthers!

Among other connotations, 2017 was also the first year that saw the Flat Earth International Conference, wherein a vast coalition of ideas and evidences pertaining to the belief range in think tank-like environment. The government's continued tries at covering up the flat earth ideal seems to be there driving sentimentalities, but that's why it's among creepy government conspiracies in the first place.

Falsified Alien Discoveries

There are plenty of UFO and extraterrestrial conspiracy theories out there, some of which are actually extremely plausible, but there are practically no examples of any creepy government conspiracies being used to falsify the particulars surrounding military defense projects and weapons-grade engineering. Not more than 2 months ago, a story broke involving a military UFO program that supposedly keeps us safe from outside harm through the utilization of Las Vegas buildings housing recovered alloys from "unidentified aerial phenomena."

The New York Times article also disclosed the video of an Air Force pilot watching a UFO pass overhead. This has all been deemed as bogus by conspiracy theorists, for it's nothing but a shadow to cover up the real noteworthy occurrences: "Project Blue Beam." Theorists claim that NASA and the UN are engineering a fake alien invasion by using holograms.

Chelyabinsk Meteor Secret Weapons Test

Around early February of 2013, a meteorite crash served the basis for wild speculation on many fronts later to become creepy government conspiracies. So many wanted to see it as something more than that, so to those who did, it became what they so rightfully wanted to believe, which makes the Chelyabinsk meteor a possible secret weapons test (even though we're 90 percent sure it was just a meteor).

The explosive detonation taken to be heard from the "blast site," or later identified crash site, stirred many into believing the American government was concealing a secret missile testing on Russian soil. Taken from Rense.com:

"Gods Rods, the ultimate bunker busters, which strike with Luciferian power despite their name, which came no doubt from the apocalyptic corps of evangelical graduates of the Air Force Academy."

President Trump Is a Pawn

There may be a grand many of these "Trump-spiracies," from Russian hacking and sexual misconduct, to ill-advised governance and seeds business deals, but none top this one. Aside from grabbing pussies and allowing totalitarian regimes to take over, Donald Trump may also be a planted device meant solely for our distraction, as one of the most creepy government conspiracies relates.

Whose plant? As always, the alleged organization remains nameless but the theory always seems to be pointed toward the "New World Order," or Illuminati. Trump's involvement can range from being in worthless servitude of a higher from, or to wrangle unknowing supporters from the mass mob of careless individuals. The Conspiracy Zone seems to think he's a mind control programmer meant to bring us all into a unified, world-governed society known as the New World Order.
