Over the last few months, we've released numerous updates to the Vocal platform, including:

  • Quick Editing
  • Subscribe
  • Stories You Liked
  • Pledges
  • Today, we released the first of a new series of updates, all aimed at helping you transform your Vocal profile page into the home base for all your creative endeavors. Whether you're a writer, podcaster, digital artist, or jack-of-all-trades, we want you to be able to put your best foot forward on Vocal. In the coming weeks, you'll be able to pin and organize your stories on your profile in the way that best spotlights your talent and creativity. It's your Vocal page, so we want to make sure you can make it reflect your vibes.

That is why your profile page looks a little different now. In anticipation of these exciting features to come, we've made it easier and clearer for you to update and customize your page, so that it can truly feel like home. There is also a new feature that highlights how long you've been a member of Vocal. And, if you've ever wanted to know at a glance how many stories a creator has published, or how many you've published yourself, that information is now readily available.

Alongside these new features, we've made some aesthetic improvements as well. A new sidebar allows you to Tip, Subscribe, and Pledge at any point while browsing a creator's profile.

We can’t wait to show you what else we have planned to help you transform your Vocal profile and connect with your communities. There will be more updates coming soon. In the meantime, enjoy making your Vocal page feel more like home.
