What's the Point Of Vocal+

I keep asking myself this all the time.

I ask myself this all the time. Vocal has their favourites, the judges seem to always pick those who are their favourites. Now this is a difference in opinion. Is it just me or is it a coincidence that we all seem to see the favourites always winning whereas people like myself if we aren't well known because we are college, or have leaves not creating content all the time. We almost never win a challenge. Seem to have fewer numbers of readers feeling like our voices aren't heard. Now I love Vocal a lot don't get me wrong.

But it's a matter of opinion and facts. Have you ever noticed that the vocal favourites are the ones who win each challenge or get Top Story? I only made top story once, only because of my peace after the Queen died RIP.

A lot feel their opinions don't matter. Have you ever felt like that once? You have your favorites everyone. Which is okay with me, I left Vocal+ of my own freewill. I just felt like I would never win a challenge because I am not the apple of these judges eyes.

What's the point of the challenges? Your prompts are very vague, you have your favourites so what's it matter if anyone submits a storyline, or article. When the truth is we don't really stand a chance.

I know that I would never stand a chance because my thoughts don't matter. You will never see my work because I'm not your favourites. Mix it up Jesus, at least be upfront with us.

The whole purpose to writing this article is to share how I feel not to start anything.

I'm highly competitive, and the truth is right now I can't even afford vocal+ for the yearly subscription or the monthly subscription either.

Like all in the workplace employees don't really matter unless they are the apple of their bosses eye.

What happened to third place? There should be more bonuses we are creating content we deserve the pay. You take a huge sum based off our reads, and only giving us a small sum. I know it's not about the money for me I love writing regardless. But sometimes I ask myself what is the point of Vocal+ when there aren't enough benefits.

Wish our thoughts mattered, heck I wish my thoughts mattered. We put the content on Vocal. We put our thoughts on the website. Vocal+ membres do have what's called auto edit, but non vocal+ members do deserve to. And I think it's wrong because it should be equal. But truth is life isn't fair. Here are my thoughts on what should be done for both sides.

1: Both vocal and vocal+ members deserve auto edit.

2: We all deserve a raise and more bonuses.

3: For a non vocal+ member we have to wait until we reach 35.00 before we are able to withdrawal. I think there shouldn't be a limit on how often you need to withdrawal.

4: For the ground breaking numbers we deserve bonuses. And more then just 5, or 10 bucks

5: Another thing say a creator has a 1000 reads we deserve the bonus of 3.50 or 9.00 and an incentive gift of 100.00 or 50.00.

Our content is ours and we deserve these new incentives and rises. By doing it like this we would feel more rewarded and both sides win. I find this encouraging and hope my voice is heard on this. It would be nice completely. I hope it doesn't get me kicked off the platform. I just want be heard everyone. I hope I raise a fair point.
