Mood Swings: Dukhi vyakti ke mood me achanak se badlav aane lagte hai. Yeh kabhi khush hota hai to kabhi bahut dukhi.

Grieving process me mental therapy bahut zaroori hoti hai. Isse aapko apni man ki stithi ko samaj sakte hai aur behtar tarike se sambhal sakte hai. Mental therapy ke jariye, aap apne dukh ko sahi tarah se samajh sakte hai aur isse niptane ke tarike khoj sakte hai.
