It was a regular fine afternoon and I was sleeping at that moment but the dream I am having is quite different, it was vividly clear I still saw my dream for the first 5 seconds the moment I opened my eyes. I was hearing drums and a very too low deep voice chanting - sounds like it was about to go to war. My heart was pounding and I felt it was my past life I just saw in my dream. The burning feeling makes me think of a blurred line between a dream and reality.
Seconds have passed turning into minutes, hurriedly open my personal computer and searched the internet for the hymn I was hearing back then; it was a deep voice chanting words that I do not understand but it is only the feeling that makes it too familiar. From then on, I kept listening to the genre and it is making me awakened every time I listened to it. It makes me feel courageous in what I do in my waking time.
I am from Asia - Pacific Island and so are my ancestors in real time but the tribe I saw and felt in that dream was Vikings and it kind of felt familiar which I don't understand back then and until now even though it was almost year ago, there is a part of me that believes in the theory that our souls have different ages and that sometimes even though there are people who cannot seem to describe how each of us in this world differs in perspective and wisdom; for me, it is the journey that our soul had many years back then before we have this lifetime.
The most amazing thing that happened when I tried to follow my dream, the literal act of following my dream in the waking world is when I used technology through webpages and apps that have group pages to relive and connect as if they were a spark in the waking world, and the answer is yes there is. It happens in a random moment that I feel goosebumps whenever my soul reconnects to what I am currently witnessing. Social media platforms of their communities, YouTube content of how ages back they lived, their music sounds like and what is it to be like.
In my own opinion, it is not a waste of time if I will give it a try to reconnect to the feelings I felt deeply entangled with, what waste will happen is when I tried to be curious and I aged already wherein I can no longer think and act accordingly due to aging. So before regrets might arise, I see to it I have done something cheeky in this soul-searching mode that I am with.
Another thing when I try to tell my story of how I experienced it; the dream, the feeling, and those goosebumps moments – is where the feelings start to fade out. I learned that not everything happens to people and has to be shared with anyone. Tendencies are, it will burn out the energy you have to figure out what it meant for you to listen. When things like these, nature or maybe the universe tries to connect to us in a different form of communication, sometimes other people’s energy irritates them they can be questioned why we have that moment and they don’t, and that is why they can unintentionally ruin things we can share to them.
In conclusion to this topic, our soul has a personality, it has a life span, tells you your life’s purpose and is the basis of your core instincts.

I was going to relax this evening. Tune out, hunker down, look after myself. I need it. I am exhausted. Thoroughly used up. And it's only Wednesday. Not even half way through the week. A week that in the UK, is Mental Health Awareness week. I don't know who decides these things, who gets to co-opt a day, a week, a month, and declare it a thing about a thing. But I do know a lot about mental health. I know a lot about mental health AND I know a lot about working for the UK's National Health Service. And so it was with interest that I clicked play on the below video, earlier today. By the time I finished, I was in tears.
