Then you can ask others for helpif they don't feel comfortable helping you then you should have no problem turning to them for help instead.

The goal of living a sober lifestyle is to turn your life around. Once you learn how to help yourself, you will be able to help others as well. Living a sober life is not easy, especially at first. When you start out it will be hard to maintain your sobriety but staying sober is definitely possible. Just keep at it and you will achieve your goals.

If you are ready to make a change in your life, then you should start by taking responsibility for your actions. Even if you are not ready to admit that you have a problem then take responsibility for your actions and don't blame anyone else. If you are able to do this, you will find that you are happier, healthier, and have more energy than you have in a long time. Once you realize you have a problem, you must be strong enough to face it and help others too.

As you get stronger you will begin to gain self-confidence which will help you feel better about yourself. When you are strong and confident you will naturally feel better around other people and they will feel better around you. This will help you accomplish goals you set for yourself and give you more courage. In addition, you will learn how to help others while having fun at the same time.

Living a Sober Lifestyle does not mean you have to spend all your time in a bed, a hospital, or any other type of therapy. If you choose to spend time in therapy, it will only make you feel worse about yourself. When you go to therapy, you will learn how to help yourself and others, not to make yourself feel worse about yourself. By learning Sober Living techniques you will be well on your way to feeling better about yourself.
