I've seen people lose control of their emotions.

Perhaps a sentence poked his bottom line, the last second is still like a nobody, the next second and smashes things and curses.

After venting, sitting on the sidelines, hugging, and crying.

People who live will inevitably encounter things that are not as good as they should be, some people are just tolerant, some people are grumpy, past the "degree" that should be, and ultimately hurt themselves.

A person only knows how to control emotions, control themselves, and control the dominant power of life.

1, indulge in bad emotions, will cause trouble

3、Win in tolerance, lose in temper
