Make sure there is a certain amount to look forward to every day

We need to allow ourselves to live with hope and expectation

How many people have lived today as yesterday? And lived tomorrow as today?

Today I read a sentence in a book that touches my heart: every day there must be something that makes you happy, it will make your soul long to create more such beautiful moments.

For me, this beautiful moment has many every day, for example, the joy I get from listening and learning in the morning; the moment I witness the growth of my children with my family; the rewarding moment reading brings me ...... Every day I will feel the beauty of life's existence from the bottom of my heart because of the anticipation of having these.

Once a friend confided in me, he said: Every day, he goes to work, leaves work, goes to bed, goes to work again, leaves work ...... such a repetitive life, it feels meaningless, how can I get rid of this life?

I said to him: your lack of expectation of the daily time, of course, will feel no meaning.

People who lack expectations every day must lack the beauty of life. No matter where you are, facing a day that rushes by, it always feels like a good picture of you is missing.

Go and let yourself have a little something to look forward to every day, maybe an innovation at work, maybe a basketball game after work, an activity of interest, maybe a date ...... you will find that life can be so beautiful.

1, the time has been trying to smooth out the edges of each of us

Time is like a grinding machine that keeps working, always trying to polish everyone flat and smooth.

Some people, unknowingly, were smoothed out by time. Lost the vision of the good, lost the expectation of the future. Just know that head down and follow the time forward, no matter where it will take you, will only be silent.

A magazine conducted a questionnaire survey of the nation's elderly over 60: what do you regret most?

The staff counted the valid questionnaires returned and found that: 92% of people, regretted that they did not work hard enough when they were young resulting in nothing. It became the number one most regretted thing.

Seeing the results of this survey, I especially want to say to those who are still muddling through the day: live your life as hard as you can for yourself!

If you don't work hard to aspire to the good, the last thing you may do in your old age is: know that working hard can change you but not do it.

Many people's lives are slowly smoothed out by time again and again what they don't know is that life will become more exciting if they make a little effort.

2、Each unique self should be cherished

I often feel sad for a person who despises himself, especially children.

Last month, I felt sorry for a senior girl who was admitted to a remote northwestern university that she didn't want to go to. I learned that the schools and majors inside her volunteer application were filled out by her parents, and during the entire volunteer process, the family did not seek the child's specific advice, nor did they analyze the child's specific situation, but only according to the child's scores, the estimated schools to fill out.

The first few sprint schools and majors were well chosen and popular, and the last few guaranteed schools and majors were filled out without much consideration. The cruel reality is that the child did not sprint to the front schools and majors, and was admitted to the back random schools. After knowing the result, parents and children are dumbfounded. Because the child goes to school, it is not satisfied with the place and school, professional, but also reluctant; to repeat it, and there are many uncertainties. I don't know what to do.

I don't know what kind of choice they made in the end. However, I only hope that this choice can be the child's own choice. Because parents have to learn to let go, and children have to learn to take responsibility for their own lives. At this time, both parents and children need to understand that only they can be responsible for their own choices.

When I have the opportunity to talk to the middle school, high school, and college kids around me, I always emphasize to them that they must be able to value everything they have and remember that each of us is unique in the world. We must have expectations of ourselves every day to live each day to the fullest.

It is a miracle that a person is born by his parents and becomes who he is now. Why not create a wonderful life of your own?

That's all for now, as the day draws to a close and we look forward to tomorrow, regardless of whether the sunrise or the raindrops will greet us tomorrow morning.
