A Psychological Revolution
If we recognize that all evil arises from the very fabric of our minds and the ways our minds work, then the only way to save ourselves from these evils is to change them: take advantage of the plasticity of the mind and rewire our behaviors. And if we recognize that our systems are corrupt because they have been built and maintained by a corrupt psyche, where vice rules over virtue, we will realize that the necessary change has to start from within the human mind. The change of systems will naturally adjust and follow.

Mental illness can be very tough, especially trauma. When dealing with trauma we simply don't acknowledge that we are survivors to some of the most horrific things in life. We, as humans, can adapt to anything. We are built in such a way that we can develope the coping skills necessary to function through daily life and the problems we face. We learn as we go along how to avoid horrific situations and how to deal with it i the need should arise where we are faced with a tough situation.
