Doing the heart has a bottom line, to go far

The "beginning of man, nature is good" is a blank sheet of paper, stained with color because life, with time, has changed.

Although only a small number of people will go to extremes, more people hovering at the junction line, not good or bad more easily tempted to break the bottom line and lose their backbone.

Therefore, people should keep the bottom line, and maintain the dignity of being human beings, otherwise repeatedly broken, it will be difficult to return to their former selves.

1. Live a bitter life, do not complain about life

Origin is unable to change, can change only itself.

Although the origin alone has divided people into classes, but it is not impossible to change, just need to pay more than ordinary people's efforts.

Most people have the dream of changing their lives against the odds, but few can do it, and only really smart people can persevere to the end.

Many times think they can't hold on, just the self-righteousness of the time, gritting their teeth can hold on.

Unfortunately, in the face of suffering, the real can survive very little, most of them think they can not "survive" when they give up, but do not know that in fact, hold on a little longer to win.

Therefore, it is clear that through many trials and tribulations, but still did not get the desired success, has been hovering at the critical point, so that the resentment increased, and can not help but complain about the misfortune of life.

But complaining more can not change the reality, only makes you more tired of living, and into self-loathing.

No matter how hard life is, as long as you are willing to work hard, hold on and not complain, everything will eventually get better, it's just a matter of time.

Believe in yourself, laugh at life, to embrace happiness.

2. Discontent, not indiscriminate venting

With uncontrollable emotions, it is easy to hurt people, especially those in close relationships, the closer they are, the more likely they are to be injured.

However, when the emotions are out of control, most people can hardly think too much about it, and just focus on venting their discontent, at the time is happy, but afterward will regret it.

Because seemingly thoughtless words, but will hurt the love of people, and then want to make up afterward, it is difficult to return to the previous.

Therefore, even if the heart is more dissatisfied, do not feel free to vent, to learn to control their emotions.

However, the control of emotions, not to hold back, but through other ways to vent their emotions, such as bawling a cry or singing, playing games, etc.

Do not know that bad emotions are bad and therefore commit, the problems that could have been solved magnified, which will only put them in a situation of rebellion.

Sometimes, looking at the problem from a different perspective, you may find that the "discontent" is only momentary, think about it for the good.

Control their emotions, control themselves, and do what they want to do, to achieve a better version of themselves.

3. Keep the bottom line, be a better version of yourself

Mencius said, "The rich and powerful can not be lustful, the poor can not move, the mighty can not be bent, this is called a great husband."

No matter what situation you are in, you have to hold on to your bottom line.

You should know that once breached, you will no longer be yourself.

Different people have different bottom lines, seemingly good-tempered people, but also have scales that can not be touched.

Many times, people can survive hardships, relying on the inviolable bottom line, and holding on to themselves.

The bottom line may be different, but remember the phrase "what you don't want, don't do to others", don't covet a moment of interest to force others to do what they don't want to do.

There is that time to do unnecessary things, it is better to try to improve themselves and try to survive the current difficulties.

Even if it is a low point, there is also tomorrow, persistence is victory.

Living is a practice, only to keep the bottom line, to achieve better, to turn the tide against the wind, and keep getting better.
