Colors and Human Behavior

Everyone in their childhood plays with colors and draw the different design. Mostly it happened that the outcome seems different from the thing which we want to draw, but we feel happy by seeing our creation.

Color Psychology

Color psychology is the study of descriptions as a determinant of human behavior. Color influences perceptions that are not clear, such as the taste of food. Colors have qualities that can cause certain emotions in people. Colors can also improve the effectiveness of placebo

Likewise now as an adult, we want to create a beautiful world but in reality, if this does not happen we feel anxious and show irritation and despair. There arises a conflict between our mental image and the real image of society.

I find a solution to this if you want to change the society start from self, means if I want a clean and green environment, then draw it on paper, paint your thoughts, you will feel better. Your anxiety will go. Then you will try to see this painted image in the real world, for this purpose you will pay attention to the universe, and unconsciously you will appreciate the creator of this universe, you will try to make this existing world beautiful by your creative ideas, you will think positive.

You will try to make the world beautiful as you make your drawing with different colors. And in the end, you will feel as happy and satisfied even by baby step, as you feel in your childhood. Efforts matters. Color your thoughts and hence the world. Make the world beautiful and hence it will make you a beautiful and pure soul.

Color Effect on Mood and Human Behavior

Colors affect the mood of an individual. Different colors have a different effects on human behavior. e.g.

Red: Red attracts the most attention and is related to strong emotions, such as love, passion, and anger.

Orange: This is the description of encouragement, optimism, and self-confidence, the coloration of the extrovert. Orange gives out warmth and happiness. Orange can inspire courage, enthusiasm, rejuvenation, and vitality. It can also have a stimulating effect, particularly on the appetite.

Yellow: Yellow is the color of the mind and the intellect, resonating with the left, logical side of the brain. It is the Creative, the tone of new ideas and new ways of doing things. Post-it notes and legal pads were invented in yellow for a very good reason!

Green: Green is the color of nature, of balance and growth. It is restful and secure, symbolizing harmony, healing, and stability. It also represents security and self-reliance. Darker greens relate to money, wealth, and prestige, while lighter greens relate to rebirth, growth, and freshness.

Blue. Blue is the color of trust, serenity, and peace. It suggests loyalty and integrity as well as conservatism and predictability. This has the opposite effect on the brain than red. It is calming, reducing tension and fear, slowing the pulse rate, and reducing appetite. While inspiring wisdom and higher ideals, it is sincere, reserved, and quiet. Being cool creates a sensation of space

Purple. Purple is the color of imagination and spirituality, inspiring high ideals. It can be creative and individual or immature and impractical. It is also an introspective tone, allowing us to connect with our deeper thoughts.

Final Words

Whenever I feel sad, I do a painting. Although my painting is not so much good, it elevates my mood. It is like a mind refreshing and mood stabilizer.

Another tip to uplift your mood is wearing a red color cloth, it also has a good impact on mood.

So go and create your imagined world with colors, and live it within yourself.
