Anxiety is everything.

Anxiety is more than a word.

Anxiety is everything.

It is more than just being worried about something. It is being worried about everything, or worried about nothing.

It is more than having a few panics. It is more than having a lot of panics.

Anxiety is the restless nights and loss of sleep. It’s the thoughts you over think before bed that stop you from sleeping. It is your brain never being able to shut off.

It is the feeling that your head is going to explode as 100 thoughts enter your mind at once.

It is waking up tired and staying tired all day, no matter how busy your schedule. It is feeling exhausted even when you stay in bed. It is knowing that when you go to bed at night, you won't get the sleep you need.

Anxiety is the churning in your stomach when you wake up, knowing you have to go to work again, but are not sure if you can.

It is the panic when you make the decision not to work, and the guilt you feel.

Anxiety is the moment before you say or type anything, thinking, "How do I word this properly?" or "Should I say anything at all?'

It is jumping to conclusions because you are worried if you say nothing, everything will go wrong.

It is the time that passes by when you dwell on the response, or wonder why you had no response at all.

Anxiety is saying sorry for things you don't need to apologize for.

Anxiety is a lack of confidence and self doubt in everything you do. It's the distrust in those around you due to your lack of self love and previous bad experiences.

It is remembering those bad experiences at any moment throughout day or night. It is those thoughts affecting everything you do and every decision you make.

It is the blaming yourself for those things that happened, whether it was your fault or not.

It is having that one thing in your past that you can't shake off.

Anxiety is a constant state of worrying, panicking and being on the edge.

It is thinking too much and worrying about thinking too little.

It is procrastination and planning all the possible things that could go wrong so that you are ready for them.

Anxiety is worrying that people will think you are faking an illness as on the outside, no one can see it.

It is the sickness you get from worrying, and the diagnosis you give yourself that worries you even more.

Anxiety is the art of deception for people who don’t know you, and for the people who do, it's the repetition of the phrases, "Theres nothing to worry about," and "It is all okay."

It is the stream of questions that make you doubt yourself.

Anxiety is wanting to fix something that isn’t even a problem, and worrying that the problem is you.

Anxiety is the uneasiness in any social situation as you wonder if anyone really wants you there. It's wanting to go home as soon as you arrive somewhere, as you are too uncomfortable, but you stay because you want to please others.

It is being everywhere on time because the thought of being late make you panic, but ending up being late because your thoughts delay you.

It is the fear of failure, but the struggle to do anything to be successful.

Anxiety is keeping yourself busy, as the silence is painful.

Anxiety is a struggle more people face than not.

Anxiety is everything mentioned above and more.

But anxiety is not something that defines who you are.
