Trans
A Few Words On My Understanding

Introduction
I see lots on social media about Trans people and had the attitude that once someone had completed their journey, they were what they were and had no need to use the term "Trans" to describe themselves. I was so wrong.
Someone said they would not trust me because I am an old white man, even though I am supportive of people being who they are.
What I Think Now
I only know two people who I am aware are Trans: Jade Mia Broadhead, a musician you can find on Bandcamp here, is one; the other keeps getting suggested to me as a Facebook friend:
I first came across her with this eye-catching release:

My attitude at first was that Jade was a woman, but I know in conversations that he transition was difficult, as it is for everyone who goes through this.
Over the past few months, I have realised that whoever Transfors/Transitions always has that with them and has Transitioned/Transformed, so can always describe themselves as TRANS.
While I may make assumptions on how to address them, I hopefully will get that right, but have no problem in being corrected.
Conclusion
I am supportive of people being who they are, and have come across others who are unsupportive; I always put them right, and have lost friends because of that.
The sticker on my printer is from Stormcat, Preston, who are trans-supportive:
And the music is from Jade Mia Broadhead.
