Humanitarianism thru art

By Revista XCI by Rikki La Rouge Published 11 months ago • 1 min read

Keith Haring was a brilliant artist in Pop Art and had a characteristic artistic style that was all his own.

He was a strong, and proud gay man. He used his art platform as a social awareness for issues that affected the gay community and other social problems of the time.

Unfortunately, Keith had lost his battle with AIDS and died in the late 80s. He still lives through his work. He used his work and that of his platform to educate and work for a cure for the AIDS virus. God bless Keith Haring and his work
