The world is going to fast.
Society expects you to be perfect all of the time, you know what fuck perfect.
I'm redefining the word perfect.
The truth is every version of you is the perfect version of yourself.

Yoga saved me.
Nothing feels better than getting up and doing even just 10 minutes of yoga is a game changer.
You don't understand- It's not even about the flexibility anymore or even that I'm in my early 30's but the simple fact of just letting everything out before I go.
In all of those poses of ups, downs, twists and turn's- It feels like I am squeezing all of the toxic shit out of my body every morning.
My days of, not doing yoga are the worst days, where it feels like I am in a slump and tired all day.
What kind of sorcery is that?
If I could live in yoga for the rest of my life and not have to worry about or do anything else I would be satisfied.
