You signify hope in the wastelands
You hover upon the breath of universal time span
You deviate beyond the limitations of mankind
You leave a plan behind
A plan of transition
Allow me to fly high with you
I’m willing to let go of the things that cloud my view
I want to spread my wings
And embrace the beauty of the simple things
To myself, I want to be true
No longer imprisoned within a cocoon
I break free from the lies that would keep me subdued
Yellow butterfly
You know exactly what to do
Freed from a mindset of bondage
Yielded and no longer resisting your truth
Allow me to fly high with you
