Winter in the mountains, oh so grand

A blanket of white covers the land

Snowflakes gently falling from the sky

A sight so serene, it makes me sigh

Tall pines stand tall, dressed in white

A peaceful stillness fills the night

The air is crisp and oh so cold

But the beauty of this scene never grows old

In the distance, a pack of wolves howl

Their haunting melody fills my soul

As I stand here, admiring the view

I am filled with a sense of wonder, it's true

Winter in the mountains, a true delight

A time for peace, a time for flight

I am grateful for this moment in time

And the love that fills my heart, so sublime.
